I just got this in the mail today, I am very disappointed. It runs super slow, and started to freeze up the minute we got it. It was hard connecting to WiFi because of how slow it was going. I knew I should’ve just got her a iPad instead. The reviews are misleading this is not a good tablet, please do not waste your money like I did.

I strongly advise against purchasing this product. It’s a complete waste of money. I bought two of them, and they’ve been out of commission for less than six months. They don’t charge and won’t work for both of my children. Save your money and buy an Apple product instead. Amazon won’t cover these devices if they stop working, and you won’t be able to reach customer service. Trust me, leave this trash alone.

We absolutely love this tablet! The 10.1-inch screen is a really nice size and the picture quality is clear and bright, which makes it great for watching videos, browsing the internet, or playing games. Works perfectly but it's kinda slow..so those reviews are tru..after setting up it took some time to load..but overall great for kids

I am updating my original review, bought this tablet for my daughter's 4th birthday. Had this tablet for about a year. I'm now having trouble with the screen, due to the case making the tablet bow with how tight the case is. The whole bottom of the tablet now doesn't work. It doesn't respond to your finger touch because the protector is so tight that its registering it as a finger touch. So, i guess imma be doing research and find another tablet a little more expensive and hopefully we don't run into this issue again.
