Checks all the boxes for me!
This is hands down the best aluminum-free, fragrance-free deodorant I've ever used. It IS a deodorant and NOT an anti-perspirant which means you will still sweat under your arms. I have been searching high and low for years to replace all my old household and beauty products with products that are free of parabens, phthalates, fragrances, heavy metals, carcinogens, and endocrine disruptors. It is no small feat. Deodorant has been the hardest by far. Every other deodorant I've tried that also matches my criteria has left me smelling pre-pubescent after a couple hours. Not Vanicream deodorant. I just apply it, let it dry, then go about my day. I can workout, give a presentation (I.e. nervous sweat), or work outside and my pits smell fine. Just a lack of any smell of any kind. Perfect. I've gone 48 hours without a shower and I was still fine as long as I reapplied both days. I'd say it lasts about 24 hours with one application. There was no "armpit detox" period either where you have to smell terrible for 2 weeks before a natural deodorant "works" either. It just worked! Other natural deodorants with baking soda and clays cause serious skin irritation for me, so I can't use them. My skin has no rash or irritation even after using Vanicream all summer! I like the ingredients list. It's simple. I won't say it's "natural" but based on current science, the ingredients are safe to use and they beat the hell out of the Secret brand I used for decades. I'd highly recommend it if you're looking to clean up your beauty routine and you have sensitive skin.

In my MUST HAVEโs. Took 5+ years to find one that works!
Iโm allergic to many things and get painful cysts in my armpits that get infected and when lanced, hold a shocking amount of green or brown guck. Itโs painful AF and so, not out of wanting to avoid aluminum, I just stopped using antiperspirants. This cut down the cysts (the size of my thumb under my skin in my armpit). So I began my โnatural deodorantโ journey. zOMG I have bought over 30 deodorants. Anything with grass or tree based eases risk oils or even Baking soda broke me out in a bloody rash that would take weeks to heal. Weeks of zero deodorant and hebacleanse followed by cetephil facial wash and no clothes that were not sift cotton or silk. It has been a hellish struggle. The few times I thought I found something that worked, after 4-6 weeks, I would start getting very red which was my cue to go back to cetaphil facial wash on my armpits and no deodorant. After many years I had an ok, but not great rotation. Kopari unscented coconut deodorant (the essential oils in the scented ones give me a bloody rash) when I was too sensitive for anything else, but it had to be reapplied 3-4x a day and if I was exercising or anxious, that meant showers too. So then sometimes, if I didnโt kind a white film on my clothes, I would use MagnoSol in Rose. Still is viscous as heck so use a thin amount and spread with facial massage stone. That stuff will kill the worst stench abd can be reapplied if you break through and make you smell great again. The minus, it is hard as heck to get off. I would use Dr. Bronners Peppermint soap l, followed by Cetaphil facial wash. After about 10 days I would get irritated skin again, Iโm sure from the harsh soap I had to result to, to wash it off. Then I found Freedom Deodurant in CocoVan and that worked better than Kopari on smell, but still needed applied 2x a day and once you broke through, no reapplication would stop the stank. At day 10 I got irritation too. Piffle. Then I say this Dermatologist on YouTube called Dr. Dray. She suggested this and I checked with my actual dermatologist and got the green light. So glad I did. Now I will tell you at first I slathered this on abd it pulled up like crazy and didnโt seem to work well, my pits were wet all day, though no white residue on clothes. Next I wasted abd was shocked that it came off with my cetaphil sensitive skin bar soap. That soap is light weight and could not cut through any other deodorant but Kopari. So, pleasant suprize. Then I thought, just how little can I apply and have it work and that was the trick. I turn the bottom wheel that pushes up the irifuct until you just start to think you see product. Itโs clear, so, before you see a full drop form on top. (When I flipped over the deodorant with the cap on and marked it in halfโs until there were 8 marks, it seems to take about 1/8th turn to sometimes not quite a 1/4 turn to get the perfect amount of product.) it is not much at all! That thrilled me for the value. If your armpits are damp, there is no way you will feel if you are putting product on. So I blot just armpits and do the 1/8 to just under 1/4 turn, look to see if there is pricier there and then apply it smoothly. Making sure it covers my entire armpit area. Then by the time I finish moisturizing and spfโing my face, my armpits are dry. I have never had to reapply (though I have not jogged on summer heat yet) I have been using this daily for over a month and ZERO irritation!!! Zero. No red, no bloody rash or lumps that will be so painful I canโt live my arm due weeks... just, smooth, calm, happy, no stank skin. I feel so great about this product that I bought the anti perspiration version to try for when I wear my dry Jean only silk ball gown after the pandemic is not as big an issue. So save yourself 5+ years and 20+ Products at over $5.00 each and just buy this. It may take a few tries to master the application, but you will adore it once you do!

Lightweight Gel: It glides on easily without feeling heavy, sticky, or greasy.
Finding a deodorant that doesn't cause irritation can be a real struggle, but this one completely works for my sensitive skin! Zero Irritation the unscented, aluminum-free formula is gentle, smooth, and doesn't trigger any redness or itching.

For sensitive skin!
As someone who had been struggling with an underarm sensitivity and rashes caused by deodorant, this is the first one Iโve tried that hasnโt caused a rash! My only complaint is that I feel like it doesnโt last as long as it should. As someone who is on their feet and sweating all day I feel like this deodorant wears off quickly. But not horrible for the price!

Works with crystal
Works great. It works when putting on the crystal stuff before bed. After I wake up in the morning, I used this stuff and stay fresh all day. I wouldn't recommend a second application because it washed the crystal stuff off and both stopped working when I did that. I donโt believe that it works alone but with that combo it seems perfect. Iโll update if it stops working for me but so far it helps me not have any other odors.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do
This is awesome - I was using a Dove antiperspirant and I developed an allergic reaction to it then I started this. It's a gel that goes on easily and it lasts a surprising amount of time. I was thinking that it would be weak and short-lived but it lasted a while. There was no fragrance but I also don't really care about that. The goal was to get rid of the irritation and it did just that.

Great for skin irritation not for BO
Been using this product for a over a month. I have very sensitive under arms and I was suddenly getting rashes after using Lume for several years. I made the switch to Vanicream and that seemed to help for the most part. It worked well for skin irritation but it did nothing for BO. I felt stinky half way thru my day. (Not that I'm super active while at work but I began to notice) Moving on to a new product hopefully one that is just as sensitive as Vanicream and masks BO better.

Effective and Fungal Acne Safe
Have rosacea and fungal acne. Was getting smelly nervous sweating. This stopped the bacteria from making me too smelly. It doesn't have a smell but I just put cologne on the shirt. It's a perfect healthy way to stop the buggers from making me stinky. Very effective at stopping source of smell. Easy to apply. It's a bit wet feeling but I dab with a washcloth.
