Thise NetGear Routers work well & last a long time! You get your money's worth!

Terrible product - We bought it to be used in our pool. It did not work at all. It was slow, had no signal and just fizzled out when we submerged it! It just sat on the bottom of the pool and collected leaves! Will not buy again!

We received this product and couldn't get it to work even after a long call with AT&T tech support. I initiated a return and the seller reached out to offer help before we returned it. He walked us through setup on the phone and found the problem that the AT&T tech had missed. This probably saved us more days without internet since we would have had to search for another modem (this model is hard to find) and more troubleshooting. I highly recommend buying from this seller.

I did Not know this item was used. No where did the details say used - thought I was buy New !! Not honest !!

It works as advertised, but won't order from this seller again. Had to email and ask him to send the unit.

I was told by my provider AT&T, that my netgear was defective and I need to replace it. They no longer deal with netgear. To my surprise it was the power cord that was defective. I was able to return with no problems. Thank you

Stopped working after not even 10 days of use. It lasted 7 or 8 days.

I had to return the modem because of password issues between the modem and AT&Ts DSL system but the process to receive a refund was easy and I got the refund very quickly
