I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy + Hydration for months now and I love it. It mixes super easy with no clumps and all the flavors taste great which isn’t always the case with workout supplements. This is a great product because not only does it have all the essential amino acids for your body, but it has a green tea which is a wonderful product for energy for your body. Long lasting and I have no side effects or stomach upsetting keeps you focused for at least 4 hours I've been using this for years🩷💛🩷

pros: dissolves easily, taste like a watermelon jolly rancher & i noticed more definition within a couple weeks.cons: caused bloat & headaches the first week or so. The flavor is very strong. I switched from drinking it to just throwing back the scoop & washing it down with water.
