Shortish Best Before Date
Very good value. Not counted how many in it as some reviews suggest a shortfall of only a few. Perhaps I’m lucky and it’s over! However the best before date is Feb 27 on the supplied item so I’m glad I didn’t order too many as of Aug 26. I take every other day as only just started with them.

Listening to Morley Robbins talk about iron overload and learned he suggests copper is needed for the body to control iron. I am feeling better after a couple of weeks using this supplement. He says it works better if you don't take zinc at the same time. The body can absorb copper and zinc but not at the same time.

Less white hairs noticed!
I've tried many copper brands and they all seem to work the same as long as you take them. This seems ok, and I'm noticing less white hair as I'm taking more regular to build up in the system.
