Edited to add: the company saw my review and contacted me to make it right. They replaced the broken plate and I absolutely love this set and the company now even more! 10/10 recommend! I absolutely adore this set. But one plate came cracked in half. I’m going to have to return this whole set just to replace the one plate, and that’s such a waste of time and resources. What a letdown :/

Lovely plates that I’ve had for a while. We rarely microwave anything so I’ve never had an issue; however, in the process of moving we’ve been using the microwave and have had multiple plates/bowls of all sizes literally pop in half!!! I’m wondering what causes this and if there are any health concerns that we should know.

Pretty finish but important to note. These are not microwave safe. One of my salad plates cracked in the microwave. Also, you can see the impression of the bottom ring on the top of the plate.

These are gorgeous and I love the way they feel (they're smooth and don't feel matte or icky on forks or your nails). Taking one star away because one of them broke when putting on eggs on it but they've been great otherwise and fine in the microwave

Small plates can’t handle any heat. They keep breaking from the slightest heat! Absolutely no microwaving and even hot eggs from a skillet make the plates break in three pieces. Everything else about the plates and bowls are great! I love these plates otherwise! You will notice from my picture how my small plates are dwindling. Not great and very frustrating since I bought two packs of theses plates!

Another update: After some back and forth seller did provide a full refund which we appreciate. The plates are beautiful but this was unfortunately not a good set for us. Update: Cannot recommend this set. Another plate cracked. Looking at reviews this seems to be a common problem. Reported the problem and communicating with company to get a refund. Will update outcome. Cracks easily. Bought set about a month ago. Single person so not using it a lot. One was cracked on arrival. One cracked in the dishwasher and one cracked while heating food in the microwave. Heard it crack while heating food. Very disappointed as the set is beautiful.

Looks great but absolutely NOT microwave safe. Plates break even if putting hot food on it.
