Nice knee support
These straps are simple but really helpful. They give good support under the kneecap without feeling too tight or bulky. Easy to adjust, stay in place pretty well, and comfortable enough to wear during workouts. Having two is nice too, so I can keep one in my gym bag. I really recommend them.

Not shabby especially for volleyball!
If you have a lot of leg hair it pulls and hurts a bit. It also rolls down a bit. Super easy to stretch and put on especially if you accidentally put your shoes on first. It does a decent job preventing pain but I have found that compressions sleeves do a better job.

Very valuable purchase
I’ve been using these knee straps for walks and some light exercise, and they’ve been working well for me and provide good support around the knee and help make certain movements more comfortable without feeling too tight. They could stay in place and don’t constantly need adjusting. The material feels lightweight, and I barely notice I’m wearing them after a while. So far, I’m happy with this purchase. I definitely recommend it to my friends.

Works, but tight!
These helped with my knee pain. However, after a while, it felt like my blood flow was being cut off. And before you side-eye me, I have really skinny legs and knees LOL Like, I feel like these are for a child’s knees.
