I’ve been using these knee straps for walks and some light exercise, and they’ve been working well for me and provide good support around the knee and help make certain movements more comfortable without feeling too tight. They could stay in place and don’t constantly need adjusting. The material feels lightweight, and I barely notice I’m wearing them after a while. So far, I’m happy with this purchase. I definitely recommend it to my friends.

If you have a lot of leg hair it pulls and hurts a bit. It also rolls down a bit. Super easy to stretch and put on especially if you accidentally put your shoes on first. It does a decent job preventing pain but I have found that compressions sleeves do a better job.

This knee strap does an okay job easing my patellar tendon pain during runs. The material feels sturdy and the velcro holds well. However, sizing was an issue for me — I'm 5'4" and about 120 lbs, and it still felt pretty tight around my knee. Would recommend checking the size chart carefully before buying, or maybe sizing up if you're petite like me. Overall it works, just wish it fit a bit more comfortably.

These helped with my knee pain. However, after a while, it felt like my blood flow was being cut off. And before you side-eye me, I have really skinny legs and knees LOL Like, I feel like these are for a child’s knees.
