Thus far, working like a charm. Not a lot of bells and whistles, just basic analog design and that is all that you need. Major shout out to the well designed and easy to assemble installation kit that comes with it. Even if it is few bucks more than one with equivalent BTU's, this unit is well worth it.

Good size for my small apartment. I need a fan to help it circulate, but it doesn't take long to cool down. If you have a larger living space, this would make a nice A/C for the bedroom. Only drawback is that it doesn't have an automatic click/off temperature sensor. Very kind to my electric bill.

We purchased this for my daughter's bedroom. It works great for her small space and the rest of the house is more comfortable as well with this small AC as a supplement to our main system. The item shipped almost immediately after it was ordered and was received several days ahead of the projected delivery date. It was well-packed and in perfect condition. Great little AC unit. Keeps my office cool level while several computers are running. Have to keep it at high cool and highest setting though. Seems like lower settings do zero cooling.

This unit doesn’t effectively cool my reasonably small bedroom. I was looking for a unit to run in my bedroom so that I could keep the rest of the house a bit warmer, as I like to sleep extra cold. When I mean it’s not effective, I mean the house is set at 74 and this unit does not bring my bedroom below 71. I’m sending it back. It ahould take very little work to bring the room down 3 degrees. I’m upgrading to an LG 6,000 BTU unit at about $30 more than this one. This may provide some relief for someone using it as their only method of cooling, but as an extra cooling unit, it’s not effective because the lowest temperature is simply not very low.

Delivered on time, had few issues with window install had to rig it up in order to place in windowsill but all in all ac worked fine once it got going.

I got this for a small studio space I have for working. I live in Florida so the summers get very hot and humid. Even sitting directly in front of this unit, it was barely blowing humid cool air and I was sweating. I have achieved better results with a large fan. The shutters on it only move left and right and have absolutely no swivel to direct the air up or down. When I have used it, my electric bill has substantially increased for no real improvements in the temperature of my workspace. This was a huge disappointment.

Works perfectly. Used all summer with no complaints. Cools room quickly and shuts off when temperature is just right. Quiet. Looks great. Nice design.
