I have been using this product for one week and I am very satisfied so far. It reduces your food intake meaning that it curbs your appetite causing you not to be hungry. I am a person who doesn't like to drink water and now it cauees me to drink water constantly which is a good thing. I always feel bloated and since I started taking it all the bloated feeling is gone and best of all I have lost 3 pounds so far without changing my eating habit. The only thing that I found weird is when I counted the pills individually because I saw a view reviews of it n they were right. The bottle said 30 capsule and mine had in 28. I don't understand why when it clearly says 30 but I am pleased with everything else so far and is looking forward to greater results

I did not buy this product for weight loss, but for help with bloating. I had my gall bladder removed a few years ago and have suffered from gastroparesis ever since. Along with that comes severe bloating. This product has helped not only regulate me, but eliminates the pressure that bloating causes. I have searched far and wide for any remedy that would help me and I have found it. I, like you, read all the reviews and always start with the lowest ratings. Many mentioned severe headaches. I will say that I did have headaches the first few days but no longer do. I would recommend highly if you suffer from constant bloating.

The first day I took this product I was going on a road trip for a getaway weekend. For me this usually means I need road food (jerky of course) and a plan for when/where we are stopping to eat. I took the supplement with a big glass of water. Well, no road food and no stopping for food. I never felt hungry and when we did eat I got full quickly. I thought it might be a placebo effect but I experienced the same thing all weekend even when faced with the most amazing seafood choices. While it is not why I bought the product, I have also experienced the positive anti inflammatory benefits of turmeric with greatly reduced arthritic knee pain. It's only been a few days and I haven't weighed yet but I expect I will get a pleasant surprise. I am definitely making this supplement part of my daily routine.

I've been using this once a day for about 2 weeks. I haven't changed anything else about my diet or exercise habits, but I have noticed that I seem to be eating less. I don't get the urge to snack between meals and it feels like I eat less at mealtime as well. I'm only down about 2-3 pounds, but have noticed my pants fitting looser, which is a great non-scale victory! I wanted to start taking it twice a day, but not sure I can afford the pills every 2 weeks.

I got the product in a timely manner but I'm not sure I'm going to be able to take them. The first day I took one they made my lips go numb and kept me from going to sleep. Maybe they didn't agree with my other medications but I'm afraid to take anymore as I had a stroke last year and I thought after my lips went numb maybe I shouldn't have tried them. Do you take returns after they have been opened?

The one thing I have noticed is the hunger is slowly disappearing. I am not as hungry after I take this. I try to take this in the AM about 1/2 hour before I eat breakfast. The hunger pangs don't appear until the afternoon around 3-5. Still trying to figure out what the best time of day to take this product is. I have noticed a daily increase in energy. I think I need to have 2-3 months to determine the effectiveness of the product.

I have only taken 1 pill in the midst of several autoimmune diseases flaring and my cravings going wild. I was in an endless loop of eating poorly and feeling terrible. I took one pill last night and slept well, which is unusual, plus woke up not starving and with 50% less pain! This area between my first and second metacarpal that is always so swollen it feels it will pop, is shrunken way down and less painful! My joints, lymph nodes, spine, feet, shoulders, less painful. I changed nothing, but took this pill. Now finally I can get out of the loop and start cooking for muself again on my autoimmune diet and really feel better.
