Very happy with the knife. It is sharp, but does need a bit of honing. I'm sure customers who have complained that it's blunt are capable of sharpening it; unless they buy a new knife whenever their's dulls!! I find it's good for peppers, strawberries and little nooks that need a small tip. It arrived a lot quicker than expected. All in all, very happy.

Excellent knife and easy and comfortable to hold, super sharp as every knife should be. Fantastic for barrel shaped veg, for segmenting oranges minus the skin and membranes. extremely sharp versatile knife, tackles all the jobs, peeling, paring , chopping. Because i hold potatoes/ apples etc in my left hand to peel them i had to buy silicone thumb protectors for my right thumb as my thumb was getting invisibly shredded by the supersharp blade. Love these knifes!

This is my favourite paring and peeling knife blade shape. It stays sharp and makes preparing vegetables and fruit much easier because of the curve of the blade: every chef should have one.

I have bought and owned many knives over the years but these ones clearly stand out. Blade is sharp straight out of the packaging, 4 stars as these don’t come with a sheath which is a must have for a household with children. Well made, seems and feels very durable and great value for money. Made of High Carbon Stainless steel, great balance and easy to hold. Lovely to use for day to day kitchen tasks:).
