Tastes good, a little slimy after a few chews til it hardens up more, but works well. I enjoy the chew and can feel its effects. It’s a good pick me up when studying or driving. A bit expensive. I wouldn’t buy anymore for myself but would give some as a gift

The Sorbitol and Sucralose give it a nasty flavor, which the mint doesn't really help to remedy.Besides the flavor, a do feel a slight lift in focus, and the L-theanine can be felt calming my nervous system a bit so I don't feel like I'm racing.The flavor is the only thing that would keep me from buying this again. It has that gross "aftertaste" of artificial sweeteners, but it doesn't come after, it's consistent.
