At 70p per metre this wire rope kit looks to be good value. The 304 grade stainless steel should give good performance as long as you don't overload it or expect it to support something when you have not properly secured the fittings. I happen to have a very good cable crimping tool but they are quite expensive.Note: A cable crimping tool usually has a special built-in cutter for wire rope. Without this you might find it hard to cut the rope cleanly (it's used in many security applications) and you might end up with a frayed end.All the fittings and the screwdriver (which fits the screws very well) are all fine and well-made.For small projects, this 10 m kit is ideal to get you started in your new venture. The uses are very varied and this 2 mm cable should be strong enough for most things around the house and garage.

This wire and kit comes a small brown box and even includes a small stubby Phillips type screwdriver.I actually got this kit to use as part of a deck balustrade fence.There's no instructions, but looking at the product pictures it seems quite straightforward to fit (if you have reasonable DIY skills).The only thing it doesn't come with is something to tension the wire, as I will need to keep it fairly tight for my purpose, so I might need to buy some wire tensioners for that.Other than that it seems good value for what you get.

This kit provided everything that we needed to redo an outside plant support system - save for proper cutters to cut without splitting the wire and tensioners to help get the cable tight enough.The Phillips screwdriver was an interesting addition - I guess cheap to provide.Overall, this is good value if worked out on a per metre basis.

This is a good value kit.You get all the bits you need for securing or hanging a fair amount of items and plenty of strong wire to do it with.They've even included a Philips screwdriver.

La sua struttura intrecciata 7x7 offre una notevole resistenza e durata nel tempo, rendendolo ideale per diverse applicazioni.Nel mio caso utilizzando dei tasselli con occhio a vite ho stabilizzato da 3 lati il palo della antenna tv sul terrazzo.Il cavo in acciaio ben teso da stabilità e non permette oscillazioni che con il tempo potrebbero poetare alla rottura del palo stesso.Comodo e robusto

Dieses Edelstahl-Seil ist für meine Zwecke optimal geeignet. Es soll als Rankhilfe für meine Himbeeren dienen. Wenn es fertig ist, dann gibt es noch ein paar Bilder dazu. 😁Im Moment kann ich nur sagen dass es ein Drahtgeflecht ist, welches aus 7 Drahtseilen besteht, welche wiederum aus 7 dünnen Drähten bestehen (daher 7x7). Das Ganze ist dann noch ummantelt mit einer Kunststoffschicht.Als Zusatz gibt es einen kleinen Kreuzschlitz-Schraubendreher, 8 Drahtseil-Kauschen, 10 Aluminiumhülsen und 8 Drahtseilklemmen mit jeweils 2 Schrauben. Eigentlich kann man sofort loslegen. 😁
