The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the DIGITEK DWM 115 for a few weeks now and it’s been fantastic. The sound quality is clear with effective noise reduction, even in outdoor settings. The magnetic clip makes it super convenient to attach, and the 360 sound pickup works great for interviews and solo recordings. Battery life is impressive, lasting around 6 hours as claimed. Worst experience
The media could not be loaded. purchased a Digitek microphone, trusting the brand over the many other options available in the market. Unfortunately, within just four months of use, I encountered a major issue. While the microphone charges normally, it shuts off immediately after being unplugged, rendering it completely unusable.When I contacted customer support, I was instructed to courier the defective product to their service center. This process not only adds unnecessary inconvenience but also increases my expenses. Most well-known companies provide product pickup services, so I am deeply disappointed with Digitek’s approach to after-sales support.As a customer, I feel let down by the lack of reliability in the product and the poor service experience. I had high expectations from Digitek, but this incident has completely shattered my trust. I will not be considering Digitek products in the future, and I strongly advise others to think twice before making a purchase.
