ASICS Men's Gt-2000 8 Running Shoe

I was pleased to find these 2000-8s are much the same as previous models. A well-cushioned, comfortable shoe. I have had good years of service previously from the Gt-1000 and the Gt-2000-6. These are in the same style . I am female, with wide feet that tend to over-pronate. I buy these men's shoes because they are a nice wide rounded shape at the front while fitting neatly round the ankle.The main difference I notice with this Gt-2000 8 model is they fit larger, perhaps because they seem to have a roomier toe box. I ordered firstly the same size as my 2000-6es, and had to return them and order half a UK size smaller.A minor point, but a definite plus, is that the laces are longer too so its easier to make a secure knot.

I am a mild over pronater and have always used another brand of support running shoe. But saw these no frills, all black shoes on amazon after searching high and low on the Internet. I've had them a couple of months now and can't fault them. The mesh upper allows for excellent ventilation on long runs and the tread on the sole is proving very hard wearing. I've done almost 300 km in them and the amount of wear in the heal is very low compared with my previous runners. The ride is comfortable thanks to the gel inserts and supportive cushioning of the mid sole. I'm a convert to Asics. Great shoes.

These are my first pair of Asics as I usually buy Brooks for stability due to over-pronation. These are more comfortable and just as supportive. I have been racking up my miles with daily lockdown walks and occasional runs. Highly recommended

Not the most comfortable was expecting more from Asics they are lightweight but would look elsewhere for the money

Se ajustan perfectamente al pie y el gel reduce al mínimo el impacto.

Passt wie angegossen, normalerweise habe ich Schuhgröße 43, die bestellte Größe 43,5 dürfte nicht kleiner sein, sonst würde sie nicht passen. Auffallend ist die hervorragende Dämpfung.Die Schnürsenkel scheinen anfällig zu sein gegen Dornen, etc. Das ist bisher aber auch der einzige Schwachpunkt. Ich benutze die Schuhe nicht für den Langlauf, sondern für leichte Outdooraktivitäten im Sommer. Mit Klima Membranen habe ich eher schlechte Erfahrungen gesammelt, da sie zu wenig Luft an den Fuß lassen, und die Füße daher schnell schwitzen. Das ist bei diesem Schuh, den ich daher bewusst ohne GoreTex etc. ausgewählt habe, deutlich weniger schnell der Fall.Von mir gibt es eine Kaufempfehlung.

Mein favorisierter Laufschuh. Mittlerweile habe ich den dritten Asics GT2000...Sohle ist sehr komfortabel, Fuß wird gut gestützt und gut abgefedert.Sohle ist deutlich haltbarer als andere (Marken-)Laufschuhe, die ich vorher hatte.
