This U4 is the perfect size for me. We bought a U5 for husband. Very sturdy EBikes and easy to handle. Been riding them around the neighborhood and local burger joints. Our grandson really liked them so we bought him a U5 Pro Isinwheel for Christmas. Long battery life and very easy to maneuver. All 3 EBikes were very easy to put together. I would highly recommend these Isinwheel e-bikes.

Great bike. Goes fast. Brought for my daughter. She rides to work everyday. Easy to put together about an hour. Took about 10 minutes to figure out a how everything works. Love it! Great price. Fun to ride. Like the rack on the back. V Rey easy to operate.

This is an awesome bike. Easy to assemble & operate. The price is unbelievable. And very convenient. Folds up just right & fits in the trunk of my car. I am contemplating buying another. Because you can actually fit 2 of them in thr trunk.

Front brake broke off on 2nd or 3rd ride on a hill. My daughter who was riding down a hill is only a little over a hundred pounds and crashed because of this faulty equipment. We had followed the directions as provided to a the letter to assemble the bike. When reaching out to their customer service, you have to go back and forth via email and it takes them 2-3 days to respond, only to ask for more video and picture proof of issue, instead of trying to solve the problem in one shot. BIG HASSLE!!! Bike should be fun but overall a hassle and unsure about its safety, or if it was just a fluke.

This is my first ebike, in fact I haven't owned a bicycle for a couple of decades, so it took me a couple of rides to get used to everything, but I'm quite pleased with it. It's fairly easy to assemble, easy to learn the controls, and rides very nice. I got a pet trailer for it, and I take my dog to the dog park with it whenever the weather is nice, run errands in town, even did some grocery shopping with it. The battery lasts a long time, and fully charges in a couple of hours, but I tend to just let it charge overnight if I let the battery get low. This handy little bike is giving me back some mobility, as well. I'm able to work my muscles gently, with the power assist mode for the tough hills, and if I get too tired, I can just run on battery to get home. I've only had it a month, but I'm already getting stronger, and enjoying being outside more

Nice bike, however battery doesn't last as described. I gave 5 stars as the seller sent me another battery. The bike is sturdy and rides well. Great seller communication. My neice likes the bike. She weighs 140 lbs and it gets her around our neighborhood stores. Having the extra battery is nice. Overall a great 👍 buy.
