The Story of Creation - Arch Books

The story is nice but some of the illustrations are not in line with what the bible teaches. Particularly the ones of the "solar system" and the colorful "planets". There's no such thing. The earth is flat according to scriptures."It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in". Isaiah 40:22We have dozens of arch books and love them but this one is not good for us.

Love these books - I willbe using on a mission trip teaching small children. Love how it rhymes. We'r will be using translators and I believe I will shoot with the kids on floor and read it to them, then talk about it. Going to work perfect with translators!

The rhyming in this one was difficult to pull off. You really had to think about it and re-read it to read this out loud with that flow. The pictures were great, but the flow of the story had to reach in different off topic directions some to attempt the rhythm. It's okay.

Got this for our preschoolers for their VBS Bible Time. Perfect!

I love all the arch books that I've purchased for my 3 and 4 year old. Keeps the story simple but yet has the facts.
