This Swozzto Carbide Scoring Knife features a strong, durable blade that's great at cutting through old, dried caulk. The blade’s shape is particularly effective for working along seams, and its sturdy construction looks like it will stand up to long-term use. I'm also happy that an extra blade comes with the tool so if I ever do wear out the first one there's another one on hand. I haven’t used this knife for scoring yet, but I’m going to be installing some vinyl plank flooring soon so I'll more thoroughtly test it then. If I run into any issues, I’ll update this review. So far, this tool seems great--it's both practical and high-quality. I’m pleased with my order and would recommend it to others.

Being an experienced cutter of plexiglass… I especially wanted to praise this tool and pass on to those that are interested. This is a well made product and it had no problem cutting Plexiglas or sheet ABS. I have bought the cheap cutting knives before with the plastic handles and the problem with those types would be that the (flimsy) steel tip will flex if one is not careful and throw off the cutting direction when attempting to pull along any straight edge. This item has a carbide tip which will not flex and the sharpness is reliable to last a countless number of cuttings. And if you add to the fact that it comes with a spare blade and also add to the fact that each blade will “flip” around to produce another cutting tip… yes; there are actually 4 cutting tips as described. If you are looking to do a lot of plastic cutting and expect a lot for the money…. this is the tool. If you are looking to cut only a few times and never cut again… buy that “cheap one” and go from there.

It works ok. I’d just go to the store and get the Marshalltown instead. It works a lot better and has lasted a long time. I use this for scoring 1/8” plexi.

What a great tool. Did a whole kitchen countertop build and vinyl floor install with one blade and still going strong.

Solid, comfortable in the hand. Worth the money. I used this to cut formica sheets and it was perfect. I could see my using this for years

For 20$ what a great tool redid my vinyl flooring with only on blade....highly recommend
