I certainly can’t prove the health benefits, but with all the questions concerning seed oils I feel very comfortable and confident I made the right choice. The containers great giving the right amount to my skillet. There is no smell, and no added taste. I will continue to use this product with confidence.

This is the best oil for cooking anything on a skillet that would generally smoke-up the house. Steaks, pork chops, beacon, salmon, all drill perfectly with just a few light sprays. Zero smoke. Did not notice any added taste which is great. Where has this been all my life?

I specifically ordered this as a "PAM" spray substitute. I am a cancer patient and have fibromyalgia. I was excited to see what I thought was going to be a healthy alternative. This is nothing more than sunflower oil! Note: Sunflower oil can contribute to inflammation when consumed in excess and should be used in moderation. I would NOT have purchased this if I had known it indeed was not "algae oil" but sunflower oil.**BUYERS BEWARE**

Seems to have a high flash point and does not smoke unless stove is nuclear hot. No bad taste. First time tried. Not a seed oil that destroys your mitochondria and causes insulin resistance. I was using lard and this is much better.

The name made me skeptical, but it has an amazingly high smoke point and works great on my cast iron griddle. My spouse thought it would add a fishy flavor to the food, but it was just fine.

All three bottles had the plastic seal cut off and were packaged in a used ziplock bag. sunflower oil is an ingredient.
