Fit is very tight, should order size larger than recommended.

I used the size guide, but it was still very small for me. Order the next size up if you are close.

Measured 14 in. Chart equaled lg. When ordered what arrived was to small.

I really like this band, but it starts getting really fuzzy, it’s too tight, and there was no sizing chart on the Internet description. It does the job, so I kept it, but I don’t recommend this one.
