I've been using this product for over 15 years, and have ordered it from Amazon in the past. This time, I was ordering from Greece, which was my first mistake apparently. It took three weeks for the box to arrive and the tracking numbers were useless. Although the box was intact, the wafers themselves were completely crushed, leading me to believe that they were packed that way. I paid four times the going price for this product, and now that I've received it, I'll consume it, albeit with a spoon. I won't order it again and have it shipped to Greece. The product when not smashed to smithereens is terrific. As I said, I've been a loyal consumer of Metamucil Wafers for over 15 years. Will purchase them from a store in the future.

I usually take a small teaspoon of fiber with water each morning. One cookie fiber seems a little high so I simply eat half. Don’t need a glass, spoon, and no powder I. My luggage. Additionally they have a pleasant sweet taste.
