Multiple Problems and Out of Warranty
This laptop was not properly QA'd and had hardware, driver, and software problems. It is 3 years old and out of warranty. Dell will make you pay for any support. Do not buy!

Unreliable and Unhelpful
So lemme start of with the fact that I overpaid for a computer that was already overpriced from the start. The company stated that the original issue with the computer was that there was a problem with the battery, which they replaced. Within two days of me owning and using the computer, the charger randomly stopped charging my computer, then the computer shut off altogether. It worried me but I thought it was just a one time thing. It happened several times to the point that I decided I would rather spend my money on something new and reliable. The return process was probably the worst part of this experience as I returned the computer and it took nearly 8 days along with me having to reach out to Amazon customer service due to the company claiming they hadn’t received the package when it had arrived nearly a week prior. All in all, DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They’re unreliable and untrustworthy.
