Instant restoration of lost body fluids during your long runs
I was regularly using Fast&Up Reload during my runs in India. Nice to see it is available in US nowadays. This is much needed during my Marathon Training in Spring and Summer. Berry flavour has ultimate taste. Reload has right combination of electrolytes which helps to restore lost body fluids immediately. Since I started using Reload, I have hardly experienced cramps which was frequent earlier.

It’s fast and up! Have been using this for long runs and find it very helpful. Boosts energy for long runs. Personally I liked lime flavour but not a big fan of berry. Orange was okay too.

It's good, must try🍹
The tablet dissolves in around 5 min in cold water, it's refreshing, it doesn't leaves any residue at the bottom of the glass, no chalky taste and no bad after taste. Can be used after a good workout or in a hot weather. It's good👍🏼
