camera system works great, one camera with the wide lens they use covers the entire inside of the shop. customer service was very helpful with setup questions. getting online to view cameras was quick and easy, over all the system is a budget friendly setup that looks like you paid a lot more for. we get about 6 weeks of coverage with the setup and could not be happier.

We got this for our 6,000 sq foot building's perimeter.I didn't want a cloud based system, I like the idea of a DVR to capture what I need and not pay for *another* subscription.I also wanted a wired camera system so I am not relying on the sun, battery life or WIFI connection - besides most of the "wireless" systems still need a power cable going to them, so If I am doing that - I might as well run the video feed with it.(another reason is that the cameras on the edges of the building would barely get a signal from the router)So you get everything you need for most buildings. The only thing I purchased separately were a longer set of cables for the outside corners and "Smile you are on camera" signs. (The decals they give you suck, they fade quickly)I had it all up and running in ONE day, the hardest part was finding a way to bring in the cables through the bricks.The app works GREAT, I used it to aim all the cameras!The DVR/Feeds works great nice clear pictures with a huge memory ( I think I can get at least a week, not sure)I chose to buy cameras that flip to "black and white" (IR) at night because I personally think you get a better picture (less grainy) that color night cameras, but you may hate that look.I *guess* the only things I could say that could possibly be a knock is:1) The decals suck - too polite, they fade in the sun also2) The cameras are all plastic - mounts and all3) No sound (no mic in cameras)***BUT*** for the price this systems is GREAT, you have to realize there needed to be some money saving things, but NONE of them take away from the important thing - the video quality, The APP, and the DVR quality.I love this system, if you want any pics or have any questions let me know!

This product exceeded my expectations. The quality of the pictures is amazing and was simple to setup. The spotlight alarm is a great option. I highly recommend this product. I also bought 2 more cameras to add to system after seeing how good the picture quality was once installed.

I purchased this system to replace my old Lorex system with 720p cameras and very bad night vision. After installing this new system, I noticed the images from the cameras were too light and not like the ones on the manual or the listing. I hooked up one of my old 720p cameras and I have a better day time image with vivid colors. This is false advertising. I emailed customer support and there was no response. I am returning this system. Don't waste your time or money with this system.

After having several of these systems in multiple locations, I have to say the the new app is awful. I do not need the app timing out every 10 minutes. XMEye would go though times where it would do that, but then it would stop. So far this app is going on 2 days of doing that. Pretty awful for what i want it for.The internal NVR software is also becoming more complicated also. Not a plus.But everything does work. It is is easy to set up. And the cameras have improved over time.This is the best company I have found.

The media could not be loaded. 1. Pros:* Pictures are very clear with good motion detection.* Motion detection at night in color with camera flashlight turned on in Guard Viewer app.* Value for the money* The Guard Viewer app is user friendly.2. Cons:* On system restart, the camera connecting to A8 system connector sometimes keeps video flickering. Restarting the system one or several times fixes the issue. The issue will reappear when restarting the system again. Swapping A8 connector with a known working cable and camera won't resolve the issue.Update: The latest firmware that I received on 12/04/24 resolves the video flickering on system restarting test.* Unable to collect system backup or Diagnosis Info with system console. The system exports backup or diagnosis information successfully to a usb. As soon as usb is removed from the system, the exported file size is zero (not usable). See attached pictures for exported file size when a usb in the system, and the zero file when removing the usb and then reinserting the usb.For a work around on diagnostic info collection issues, use Guard Viewer->Devives->...->Export Diagnostic Info.3. Customer support:I have been contacted with Hiseeu support since Nov 20, 2024 through email.Hiseeu customer support is very good. The customer service follows through the issues and works with Hiseeu engineers to resolve the video flickering issue.Overall, I give a five star review: four star for this camera system plus one star for the help and responses from Hiseeu customer support.

This is a high quality security system with amazing night vision. It took some time tweaking the sensitivity to get the motion alarms to work right but it was an easy set up. The hardware seems sturdy and I think it will last. Customer service during a technical issue was top notch! Would definitely recommend this company

I am very satisfied with this system it came well packaged the cameras are very crisp clear in High definition I couldn't read the license plate numbers with my old cameras but with this cameras I'm able to read it the zoom is also very good the DVR software has a lot of settings for the camera very intuitive. I hope this DVR system stick around for a long time because there aren't a lot of brands that offers so much quality for the money
