Assassins Creed Odyssey Medusa Edition (Xbox One)

Amazing game! Bought all of them for my fiancé and this game did not disappoint. Excellent quality graphics. Very in depth story with historical accuracy. Brilliant and such good value for money!

This game is pretty good, but I have a problem with how slow progression was during my playthrough. All in it took me around 80 hours to finish. Visually it is stunning, combat is solid, but gameplay can get very repetative. I like the statue which came with the Madussa Edition, it looks good but again feels a bit light and flimsy.

Game just pales in comparison to its predecessor in terms of character development and plot engagement. It's less clunky, particularly when it comes to riding horses although I experienced s lot more glitching with this game. Mainly though, I just couldn't summon up a f$%k to give about any of the main characters (except Alkibiades) , they're just not Bayek. Also the setting isn't half as cool as trawling the Egyptian tombs, deserts and pyramids and the quests are if anything more monotonous. Also everyone just seems to attack you everywhere so I'm not sure if picking a sudden actually counts for anything and the effects of the mechanic are not well explained in-game. Seeming decrease in historicity. Figures cool though.

Bought as a gift. Recipient was very happy with it, good story, so far they’ve only been doing Kassandras storyline but much better than origins apparently. The statue the medusa edition came with is very good, excellent attention to detail.I could sit and watch this game being played if I’m completely honest and I don’t like to watch games

Got for a gift for my boyfriend I think it looks awesome I hope he likes it as much as I do on Christmas.

This is a great game and whilst I give the game and Amazon service 5 stars, the product only warrants 3 because this is a premium edition which does not come with the season pass whilst lower editions do.This is not the fault of Amazon, who I cannot fault. This is Ubisoft being dodgy and ripping off loyal fans.I have since bought the season pass separately at a cost of £30 but the point stands that this is a premium edition and should include the season pass.

Another great Ubisoft collectable figurine and another impressive game following last year's Assassins Creed Origins. This time set in ancient Greece the combat system has been further tweaked to improve on Origins great free flow hack and slash style combat. 5 stars, go and buy it.
