ErvaTool & Die - Bird House Mounting Bracket with Keyhole Openings

First, the product is pretty underwhelming and I don't think I'd use it to secure anything more than a wren house. Even then, you might want to replace the cheap screws provided. Mine also was missing two of the four screws it was supposed to have. My first effort to review this product was blocked by Amazon, apparently for including a review of the seller. See my seller feedback for more information. Really not worth the price.

It is the perfect mounting bracket that will allow you to take down your house for cleaning or retiring it for the winter....and it even comes with the right screws!! Our bluebird house is secure and ready for a new family!

I put it on a tree but the bark kept the bird house too wobbly. I think it would work for a smooth wooden post.Decided to mount the birdhouse on a 6' steel pole after sinking a 2' steel pole and coupling them together. Totally steady and harder for predators to reach.

My wife bought a small birdhouse and we wanted a way to attach it to a post but we also wanted it to be easily removed for cleaning and such. We found this bracket online and the price was good.It was easy to install and she can just pop the birdhouse off of the post to clean it regularly.

This is a wonderful product for securely hanging bird houses. I have found that squirrels will sit on top of the bird houses at times and their weight breaks off the conventional hangers. It is easy to remove the bird house for cleaning. I thought that the price was a little high for all that it is but I have not been able to find an alternative.

This has been outside for about 9 months with no problems.

The bird house mounting part works great - it is secure, holds my heavy birdhouse and avoids having to tie the birdhouse down. It was easy to hang too.

I liked it and now have birdhouse up. Thanks
