This is an updated review based on customer support. When I posted my first review with issues I was having I was directly contacted to find a way to resolve my concerns, for which I am adding a positive review, as I think just seeing amazing customer support makes me feel more confident in the product.Original reviewIn general it has good features. Things I like:- being able to track activities- the screen is well designed- seems sturdy- GPS seems to be accurate, although sometimes takes longer to start.- cool features for blood pressure, blood oxygen, stress, etc.- responsive customer serviceThings that need to be adjusted:- the fact that band cannot be changed is a complaint - band does not feel comfortable and would be good to have an option. It is easy to remove so having different types of bands or allowing for customizing would be great.- cannot add activity that you did not start manually (supposed to do that automatically /recognize different activities but does not do it consistently).- the app is very limited and design is poor - too much info in some areas and too little available info in others. Would be great to be able to remove some of the things not being used or not wanted.- not accurate in tracking sleep (saying I'm asleep when I'm awake)- not consistent in Tracking heart rate during excersises.- the alarm or other sounds cannot be fully silenced and the vibration even on high is not great.- the messages/emails from phone do not sync consistently and there is no way to respond or use quick responses.Overall good quality watch and complaints listed are not significantly interfering with its functioning.

Got it as a gift for my son (army) and it works great and is very durable.

Watch seems solidly made ! So far so good 😊 Haven’t had very long . Could use MORE WATCH FACES ?

- 1st Week Review -PROS- I like the banded watch as opposed to the circular. The watch screen is a great size. Not too small and not too bulky. Curved keeps it tight against my arm without having it be uncomfortable. The fit is good enough to where I can sleep with it on without being bothered.- I have not charged the battery yet. Losing about 10% battery life per day, which may differ with your settings.- NO DAMN SUBSCRIPTION- Easy enough to navigate settings, set quick functions, app access, etc. Has a good amount of different watch faces, however. .CONS- Only a few of the watch faces have function shortcuts. The one I have equipped now if I tap on my heart rate it will not take me to the heart monitor function. . some do.- The software is NOT recognized by a lot of fitness apps as a "tracker." Google Fit, Samsung Health, and my work Healthcare app all do not recognize it. So the data does not update to my phone apps like I wanted it to.Will update in after I have it for longer.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new X2 watch! From the moment I laid eyes on it, I was captivated by its unique and stylish appearance. The design is unlike anything I've seen before, and it truly stands out.One of the things that excites me the most about the X2 is its array of features. It reminds me of the Samsung Gear S in terms of functionality, but it goes above and beyond with its capabilities. I appreciate how the X2 encompasses everything I loved about my previous Kospet toy, the M3 Ultra, but now in a sleeker and more modern form with a skinny screen.The transition to the X2 has been seamless, and I am delighted to have all the features I enjoyed before, now in an even more stylish and functional package. I can't help but express my love for this watch - it has truly exceeded my expectations.In conclusion, the X2 watch has won me over with its striking design, impressive features, and seamless integration of everything I need in a smartwatch. I've had my watch since January. I love it. Now it doesn't read my bpm and the battery dies in a day. I spoke to customer service Monday but it was a Screener. He told me I'd get a call back and nothing. I got a text this morning and I replied. Nothing back. This watch is too expensive to just last 3 months. It replaced a 30 dollar smart watch I had for a year. If I don't hear back by tomorrow I will try getting Amazon involved.Sad thing is this is my second Kospet. The first didn't last either. It was a cheaper version but I liked it. I thought I would try again with a better one. BooUpdate:I received the same watch from Kospet. They got back to me through text and just sent me a new one. I love the watch and I hope it works out. I am changing my rating to a 3. I'd give a 5 but I can't until I own this watch longer without returning it, which I can't.

If anyone is into technology I will definitely, encourage someone to purchase this watch. The screen is very bright the quality is very good. One thing that I don't like about the watch is the fact that the band is made of silicone. After a while when you sweat it just dry out the band. But, hopefully they have a alternative band you can purchase. But all hands down i green like this watch 💯.
