It does get quite hot when transferring or streaming files to or from the drive, but in a good enclosure, it dissipates it well. Performance has been stable and reliable so far. I haven't measured them, but the transfer speeds have been great too. Silent operation. Connects quickly, and reconnects on sleep/wake. It's a tiny drive. Impressive how much storage we can fit in such a small device these days!

Overall great, the speeds are good and installation was easy, it fits perfectly. No issues with overheating even though it’s behind my 3090ti. Storage capacity as described. Had to take 1 star away for the lack of screw.

Good value with the current price of SSD. Works well

First of all this had been a great purchase and very good value for money, but now 10 months later, it has completely stopped working. It's not my pc as I have since purchased an ssd enclosure which plugs in via USB and this also does not work. The ssd is no longer recognised by the pc at all. And you only get a return window of a month from purchase. Complete waste of time having a 1 year warranty on something I cannot return. Contacted Amazon customer services and they have been great. Helped return and sort out a refund but only because it was still within the year and originally purchased/fulfilled through amazon

Great drive, it’s just so fast.It used to take about 3 hours to back my primary drive up on SATA disks. This does the job in 12 minutes. Highly recommended.It was a bit tricky having to remove the GPU to fit it, but that was more about my MoBo and setup than the drive.

Windows still loads in seconds, and apps snappily pop open just like they did on day one.​Reliability is Solid: I know some people get nervous about "budget" NVMe drives, but I’ve had zero crashes, zero "drive not found" errors, and no corrupted files. For a mid-range Gen 4 drive, it’s been rock solid.​Temperature Stability: Even after a few heatwaves and long gaming sessions, the drive hasn't throttled. I’m running it without a heatsink in a case with decent airflow, and it stays well within the safe zone.​The "Real World" Observations:​The "Fullness" Factor: I’ve currently got about 800GB filled on this 1TB drive. Usually, DRAM-less drives start to chug a bit when they get close to capacity, but the NV3 handles it surprisingly well.
