I love all of the BodyArmor Flash I.V. packs! Between the Strawberry Kiwi and Grape though... woot! My kiddo needs electrolytes quickly after sports... we both need them after exercise. I'm on Keto too and these are VERY low TOTAL carbs and meet needs of getting the daily salt requirements. There are some options out there, but they are a lot more expensive. These are great value plus I pour a little table salt in to match others and meet my sodium needs for the day. They mix well too... and taste great... within about 5-10 minutes, I can feel it helping and pumping me back up. We carry them to the ball park, while out, and for travel... easy... all you need is a bottle of water!

I bought these originally to fulfill the same day threshold but ended up really liking them! They taste delicious & did a quality job of hydrating which is def needed since I’m a breast feeding mom. Good value for the amount you get in comparison to other products that are much more costly.

This works for me, but I have to put some context.DO NOT MIX IN 16oz. GO FOR A FULL 32.Seriously, the flavor is too 'thick' for me, at anything LESS than 32. I often will empty two 500ml bottles into a 1.5L bottle, just to dilute it enough to not hit me with that intensity. ONCE I DO THAT, it's great for rehydrating. I live in the south, and I've ended up in NEED of this. Glad my friend suggestec it.

Highly, highly recommend, tho' get this when the price is low (its price varies incredibly). I mix each packet with 30 oz of water and sip it throughout the day, especially if I'm outside in the sun working in my bee hives. On hotter days, I might even go through a packet and a half (45 oz of water). I've tried other flavors of this powder and they taste horribly artificial. This one's the best, IMHO.

I love this stuff! The taste is saltier than a regular bottle of body armor but not as salty as other electrolyte powders. I enjoy the blue raspberry flavor - it's NOT a punch-in-the-face-sickly-sweet candy flavor, it's just enough in my opinion. It dissolves easily, even in cold water. the caffeine addition is genius, it's got about as much as a small cup of coffee and it doesn't make me jittery whatsoever. It smells like sour candy and you could eat the powder dry if you're into that kind of thing.

Once it did, I was rewarded with a taste that can only be described as cucumber-adjacent and lime-in-the-theoretical-sense.If you enjoy flavors that make you rethink hydration altogether, this might be your jam. If not, maybe steer toward something less... existential.But hey, it was a learning experience. And now I have five more packets to use as a practical joke or perhaps a last resort in the apocalypse.

I have pots and drinking one of these a day has helped me. Significantly. It actully is the first thing I drink daily and this flavor is my go to.
