This massage tool is awesome! It is a quality tool that is easy to hold and use. It is comfortable in my hands, doesn't strain them to use it. This tool gets into areas of the body that I feel normal massage can't and it also allows me to massage myself easily. I get professional massages but being able to use this tool in between those massages is great. I love the small instruction page that tells you how to use it on each area of your body. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and tell you which part of the massage tool you will use for each area of the body and how to use it. I didn't know that such a great tool existed and am so happy to have one now! Highly recommended!

This massage tool was so close to being amazing but the edges that move along the skin just weren't rounded enough for me, so any significant pressure felt uncomfortable. I tried to take photos which show the fact that the edge that rubs along the skin comes to a point - not sharp, but not rounded either. If the edge had been flat across those 3 mm and rounded at the sides, then I think the tool would have been wide enough to not press into the skin painfully. In fairness, it does say that this is a muscle scraper but I can't understand how anyone could stand doing deep tissue scraping when a blunter edge would work just as well and be less painful. I also wish that the balls were larger so they felt more gentle. When I asked my son to test this out, his first comment was, "Why is the edge so sharp?" so I don't think I'm just being wimpy. This massager does feel nice for foot and hand massages as long as there isn't much pressure applied. Since the tool is well constructed and perhaps somewhat pointed edges are the norm, I gave it 4 stars.

This is an excellent tool to use, especially around the tendons of your patella. It comes with instructions so you can use it on all different types of joints and connections in your body. It also has a handy bag that holds it and the instructions together. It’s an excellent value for the price and works, as well as the ones in the doctors office.

This is an interesting massage tool and different than others I've tried. It works well for certain spots like your shoulders but I think they tried to oversell it by suggesting you use it for your fingers for example. It seems a little pricey for what it is and how useful it really is.

This is a great little tool for deep-tissue massage.The way the tool is shaped, combined with the various niches provides for the tool being one that can be used for many different tissues of the body when they get tight and stressed.Looking forward to using it from time to time when various aches and pains come up.

This is a small, but useful, massage tool. This is under a foot long, so don't let the pictures deceive you. This fits comfortably in the have. The sharp protrusions are good for really digging in whereas the curves can apply more dispersed pressure. Overall this seems like a decent value, but do pay attention to dimensions.
