This vacuum far out performs 3 other models (of a different manufacturer). It has great suction, good tools that apply to pellet stove cleaning... Tight crevices, deep pockets areas. It's perfect weight, even i (100 lb lady) have no trouble bringing in from garage-- clean-- return to garage. Very easy to use, and great value for what we paid. Perfect functionality for pellet, wood stoves, grills, any ash or producing unit.

This vac has lots of power and keeps my wood stove area clean because the vac does not take up a lot of room so I can leave it out to use whenever I have a lot of wood debris to clean up and when I need to clean out the interior of the stove it works great to pick up the fine dust from burning wood.

This works okay, but fills quickly. It’s not as large as I had anticipated. The too filter slips easily making a bit of a mess inside the house. Overall it’s not bad, but the filter could be designed a bit better to prevent slipping and dropping ash everywhere. Check the filter position with each use to prevent this. Suction is okay, not great, but acceptable.

I hate shoveling ash out of my pellet stove. After reviewing many options I decided on this model. I used it on cold ash and the motor became extremely hot within only a few minutes of use. I checked to make sure that I didn't forget any packing materials inside the vacuum. I had not. I tried it again and the same thing happened. I tried plugging it into different outlets. I thought maybe it was just burn off because it was new. I tried it again on a different day and I had to stop because the motor became so hot that I felt it became dangerous to use. Not only did the motor become extremely hot it was still extremely warm 15 minutes after I turned it off. I tried calling the service line but I did not get through.

We have had Pellet stoves for 11 years now and never have we found an Ash Vacuum that works this well! This our 4th Ash Vacuum and are very pleased with this brand and its Suction power. This is twice the power of the one we had before. The only thing I can say that might be a slight negative is that it is very loud, but i take that in consideration of its amazing power. It also does not lose suction like the previous vacuums, so the noise does not bother us in the least; in fact, because it picks up so strong, cleaning is much quicker so I don't need the vacuum on that long. Extremely happy with this purchase. In fact, we bought a second one for our other pellet stove upstairs.

Works well. No ash or dust particles made it into the room. Very pleased with the way it works. Fireplace was clean..

Update: the seller was really great with their response, and after I made this initial review, they sent me a full refund. I’m happy with the customer service of this product. We used this for the first time today to clean up some ashes around our wood stove, and after about 10 minutes of use the motor burned up.
