Good purchase, satisfied
Says Glock 43x compatible and most definitely is, took about 1 minute to put on. The light is a good fit and I found a holster on the web that takes the 43x with TLR-7 HL-Sub and Holosun sight. Small and easy to actuate the light if need be.

Nothing Hides!
I was on the hunt for a compact, reliable light and spent a significant amount of time comparing various models. I finally decided to pull the trigger on this one, and I am incredibly glad I did. The build quality is exceptional; it's made of a heavy-duty, high-grade metal that feels substantial and rugged in my hand. Despite its small footprint, the light output is remarkably bright-easily outperforming my previous flashlights. The battery life, which has lasted impressively long even with frequent use. I’ll be updating this review as I put it through more testing, but for now, I highly recommend this and give it a 10 out of 10. I hope this helps.

Outstanding Compact Weapon Light – Power Meets Precision
The Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X Sub is an absolute game-changer for compact and subcompact pistol platforms. I’ve been running this on my EDC setup for a few months now, and it checks every box: size, brightness, reliability, and ergonomics. The 1,000-lumen output is incredibly impressive for such a compact light—it throws a wide, clean beam that fully illuminates dark rooms and outdoor spaces. Perfect for target identification without excessive splash or blinding backwash. It’s ideal for both home defense and concealed carry. Build quality is what you'd expect from Streamlight: rugged, dependable, and built to take a beating. The controls are intuitive, especially with the ambidextrous paddles. Activation is smooth and responsive, even under stress. It also fits snugly and securely on my rail with zero wobble. Battery access is easy (no need to remove the light from the gun), and runtime is solid considering the high output. I also appreciate that it comes with multiple key inserts for different handgun models—Streamlight clearly paid attention to compatibility and user needs. Bottom line: if you want a compact WML that punches way above its weight class, the TLR-7 HL-X Sub is hands-down one of the best options out there. Reliable, powerful, and perfectly sized. I trust it completely.

Small but powerful
I have sub-compact tools and needed a light that could fit my tools since the holster was cut for sub compact tools with light(s). I came across this light and decided to try it. I love how despite it being subcompact, it’s high quality, durable, and holds a great battery/charge life. I love the matte black finish with streamlight wording. Easy to set up and mount, this light is very versatile. Highly recommend it.

Sold by Amazon = ZERO stars
This is a joke!! I paid full price for a used one they sent. Non rechargeable battery, no directions or any kind of paper work. No charging cable and battery isn’t rechargeable. Only things in the package was the light, and wrong battery! That’s it! I put the battery in and the light wouldn’t come on. Really?? a huge failure.
