Solid Torch
Very good quality Torch from ACEBEAM made from very good materials and I have no doubt it will last a long time if treated correctly.I have been using this torch for just under two months and I am very impressed with it, it feels solid and sturdy which is exactly what you want from a torch this will take more than a few bumps and continue to work.Very easy to use and setup when mine arrived the battery was about 75% charged BUT of course this will depend on how long you receive it from when it was charged. The battery life is very good I have no complaints about it and I love the fact the USB port is directly on the battery so no need for a separate charger it uses a USB-C port. You will need to remove the battery from the torch to charge itThe light is bright which I like BUT I will say it is not as bright as I thought it was going to be even on the brightest mode and this is my only minor grumble about the torch BUT I do realise I do like my lights very bright so this will be more than bright enough for most people.Has a built in clip on the torch so you can attach it to your belt, bag strap, clothing etc this is a very nice touch which I like a lot.Overall I am happy with the torch I do feel it is slightly overpriced but there is no doubting the quality and I would still recommend it.

Super light
The higher candela of the blue model really transforms the TAC2 from a great light to an outstanding one. Very well made and ergonomic. I'd recommend to anyone.

Solid EDC flash light
Great flashlight for every day use with enough spill that you can use it up close and enough throw that you can light up a foot path while taking a walk at night. The included diffusing ends make it great as well when using to light up a room if your in the attic or other places where you need light and your hands free as it works great if you leave it hanging out your pocket or on top of your cap with the reversible clip.

Super bright and robust
The media could not be loaded. A great slim line torch. Whether you are using it for work or just walking the hounds after hours it’s a very functional luminaire. It’s nestles nicely in the palm of your hand with its chunky knurled and grooved exterior providing plenty of grip. On full power it is very bright, the beam giving a focused spot and a wider soft flood. It’s not focusable but that not a negative as there’s less to go wrong. In effect it’s a very light and robust aluminium tube. Bulb at one end, switch at the other and a battery in the middle. Power comes from a usb c 1600 mah battery or if you’re off grip swap it for two AA batteries. My initial thoughts of this being a faff have been proved unfounded. As you charge the battery it is replaceable so if it fails you’re not binning the torch also the battery is behind the end cap and o ring seals - zero chance of any moisture ingress that plagues cheap rubber caps on usb ports. Function is simple although you get two switches to change mode / power. A big end cap button to switch on / off then a slim side button (hold down to toggle between moonlight, that’s more than enough and death to the night output levels). It has a memory function to return to the prior settings and you can switch it to tactical mode (on only when the end cap is depressed so you can dazzle your adversary and poke them in the face). Buttons are easy to use with gloved hands. In the box you also get a short charging cable, lanyard and two cone shaped ends to diffuse the beam if ever you need to err… help park a plane. A worthy addition to any tool kit, EDC bug out bag or after hours wander.

Almost too bright for its own good. If all the wrong sitting the flair hurt your eyes.
I have to be honest the brightness of this torch is almost too much for its own good and for its intended purpose. I’ve used this in the garden and hikes and although it offers an impressive beam and incredible illumination if you’re walking the opposite direction towards someone human nature to stare at something that’s bright and this good result in eye damage which is concerning. I’ve also found that even using it personally as a lantern using the flare silicon toppers if it’s on the wrong setting it’s so bright it actually hurts your eyes. The power button and control of the light levels is quite straightforward so you can turn it down to more reasonable level after a few clicks but just something to be aware of. You definitely don’t want children playing with this accidentally turning on their eyes causing an injury.Charging is super simple, and I’m quite blown away at the fact that they’ve used an alkaline battery with a USB C charging port inside. The design is really slick. It looks nice and bright and I like the fact that it’s bright orange as it means it stands out in a camping bag or in my glove box where I keep it in the car for emergencies. Living quite rural the flare function could be incredibly useful, especially if my car was to breakdown. The battery life is quite impressive actually considering the brightness of the torch I guess because it’s an LED it’s also quite low consumption and I measure most of the energy consumed by the heat of the light. It’s certainly compact and like I said it’s no bigger than your normal size mag light. It’s got a good weight to it and fits very neatly into your pocket or in a jacket if need be.Overall very pleased and the only reason my review is not five star is again because I feel that is slightly overpowered for the features in offers.
