I am a farter, unfortunately. My stomache doesn't handle something well (whatever that is) and it creates lots of gas, to the extent that it's pretty f annoying even for those days when I get to spend 24 hours just staying at my own home just myself. Obviously it's much more struggling and potentially troubling for other normal days when I have to meet people etc. Many years ago, my doctor recommended me taking probiotic for the gas problem and I've been taking this brand's normal version(?) of probiotic (blue labeled one) and it's been about 70% effective in terms of reducing the frequency of me farting and also severness of the smell. So that was certainly good enough, helping me maintain much civil life. After those many years, I just recently I realized they have this product (green labeled) whose product title supposedly suggesting that it is particularly targeted for the gas problem. I only been taking this for a week so far, and so far it's def been more effective than the brand's blue labeled probiotic. I'd say 90% of my gas is gone. I am very happy so far, and will see how this works for a longer period.

I suffer from frequent pancreatitis attacks. I take this supplement daily with the first bite of a meal, and it staves off pancreatitis pain. I do not consume more than 3 caplets per day.

My wife found this After watching me suffer with bloating And indigestion. Without getting too graphic My lower intestinal tract was giving me tremendous problems And nothing seemed to help. I was taking Imodium and pepto-bismol And nothing was slowing down at all if you catch my drift. I still Have Problems , but after the 1st week taking this I have many fewer problems than I had. 1. The BLUF-I have been using this product for some time now, and it is really helpful. I suffer from IBS, especially after I eat something that does not agree with my stomach. This is not a magic pill, and it will take some time for you to start seeing results if you take it regularly. • Who should buy this, and who should skip it?- People who suffer from bloating after every time they eat something that does not agree with them. If you do not have bloating or extreme bloating, then you really do not need this, but it can still help with discomfort. 2. Specs vs. Reality • Materials: The material is made of a gel, and it will go down easily. I will say that they are also standard in size to a regular multivitamin, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, then make sure you drink water to help it go down smoothly. It has a clear coating, so when it is wet, it makes it more slippery. I would also not worry too much about the taste because it really does not have any strong type. But you may have an "herbal" aftertaste, but again, no biggie. 3. Practical use • I use 1 pill in the morning,g and it works fine throughout the day. I take it with food, and it has no problem digesting with them. • What surprised me was that there were no serious side effects from taking this pill. The only one I can think of is the aftertaste. 4. This has made a difference in controlling the bloating and occasional gas. Compared to other products that state they do the same this so far is the best.

These tablets may be effective for some. I cannot identify any bloating improvement for myself. Possibly identifying an issue beyond the scope of these tablets. Hoped for effective result.
