Best sauna for MCS
I love my sauna! I have MCS (multiple chemical sensitivities) and I was worried my sauna would make me react in some way. The wood had no distinct smell and I would consider it "faint" and very tolerable with someone with severe MCS. They say the spruce is a "hypoallergenic" wood and I agree. The heat is wonderful and it took a long time before I worked up a sweat because of my ill health. It does get fairly hot, so you have to build your tolerance to the heat. After a few weeks of using it, I felt better overall and started to sweat easier. Saunas are amazing at detoxing the body, which is my goal. Its gentle, relaxing, and easy to assemble.
