This item is GREAT! I have no idea why i see bad reviews for them. I’ve bought a set before and lost one of them and was just looking for a replacement. After using it for a short time, i LITERALLY already feel a difference in my left hand. Been wanting to go to the doctor anyway to see what is going on but i had a good feeling that this is what i need. When i make a fist, it feels just about as strong as my dominant hand and can’t wait till i see even better results in time. The size is great for someone who uses a size large in gloves. I do plan to up the size for a better challenge, in hopes it gives me an even better work out. The weight of it is great and definitely good for how much money i spent on them. Im not bothered by the noise. It does not have a chime in it if you are looking for that but personally i could care less.

Good Waite solid construction like the case. Use them often very effective with little noise very durable.

Awesome stress relief. Nice size. Fit right in the palm of your hand. Not only do they relief stress, but they are excellent for all hand exercises. Try them out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

These are NOT stainless steel. This is a dishonest posting and is potentially toxic, at minimum it is a rip off. They are solid metal, but who knows what kind or what they are coated with. See pictures of these rusting and disgusting shedding. Stainless steel does not corrode or rust this fast in water.

I'm not new to Baoding Balls. I have several pairs (see photo) and have had them for years. I've been searching for a slightly smaller pair I could "move around" with. I found these, along with a few others, unusually heavy. Heavier than any of my other sets and without the chime, which leads me to believe they're nothing more than commercial ball bearings labeled as "Chinese Health Balls". As well, these had a terrible odor, kinda like the smell of screws and bolts in the hardware section. Given my difficulty in finding a decent smaller pair, I wanted to keep these, but the metal odor was too much for me.
