I made the decision to purchase a wireless charging stand after seeing one of my co-workers with one that could charge both vertically and horizontally. I spend a lot of time writing code on a computer, and watching movies on my phone so this functionality was important to me. This charging stand definitely does the trick!Upon receiving it I decided to try it out and run some 'tests'. I unboxed it, plugged it in, and set my Galaxy S7 on it vertically. It registered as charging, so I let it sit for a minute until the battery percentage moved up a tick, which happened pretty quickly. Next, I sat the S7 on horizontally and it started charging immediately.I then took my other phone, a Galaxy S8+ and sat it on it vertically and then horizontally. It too started charging immediately. It's also worth mentioning that both of these phones had cases on them. The case on the S8+ is fairly thin, but the case on the S7 is beefy (It's my work phone, and I don't want to buy my job a new one. :D). The cases did not impede the charging at all.For my last test, I sat my S8+ on the charger vertically. Before I started charging, it was at 50% battery. I then started a stopwatch. It reached 60% in 17 minutes and 25 seconds. I had the charger plugged into a 2.1A aftermarket adapter that does not support fast charging, but I still found the charge time to be commendable.I have sense been using the charger at work for both of these phones without trouble. I have a Samsung fast-charging adapter here that I've been using. While I noticed that the phones do not say 'Fast Charging' when sitting on the charger, they do charge MUCH faster when using this adapter than they did at home in my aftermarket adapter. So, if you're looking for speedy charging make sure to use a compatible charger.About the wireless charger itself, it seems to be very well made. It has a solid feel, and all of the padding feels very soft and well adhered to the charging unit. Also, the packaging that the charger arrived in was really nice and easy to open. I did notice that if you don't center the phone on the stand correctly that the green light will blink, telling you that it's not working correctly. Some of the other reviews mentioned this issue, but for me, straightening the phone out on the stand or moving it over slightly when horizontal has always made it start charging.Overall, this wireless charger stand is perfect for what I wanted. It was well worth the price which is less than a lot of the others that I've seen that don't support horizontal charging, and I'm thrilled with the build quality and the charging rate.

This is the second Choetech wireless charger I purchased after I loved the first one so much. The design allows the phone to be propped up which is a huge plus, and because I do a lot of work at my desk this is perfect. It is also compact so it takes up hardly any room. In addition to that, I’ve found that it charges my phone pretty quickly for a wireless charger. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and it works great with it. The matte black finish and sturdy construction makes it look like an expensive charger, so for the price it can’t be beat. I highly recommend this charger and look forward to trying out other products from Choetech.

Picked on of these up for ,u wife’s iPhone X. We put it in the living room and so far it’s working like a champ. The base has some nice weight to it and it doesn’t feel like it’s gonna tip over anytime soon.

I purchased this to use with my iPhone 8. I've always been interested in wireless charging, but hesitant due to the performance versus using a cable.I'm very happy with the exterior of the charger, the matte black looks sleek on my nightstand. Only issue is the green charging light at the bottom. It isn't that bright, but I would rather it not be there.I decided to test how long it takes to charge one day. My phone went from 62% to 78% in 30 minutes. I don't know what the timing is with a standard iPhone charger since it never really mattered, but I wanted to see how the wireless charging would perform for me. I'm happy with the performance it has.Only issue is that it doesn't come with an AC adapter, which will affect people that have lost their original chargers. I have numerous charging blocks, so I didn't have much of an issue. I've been using the block from my Moto X4 to power it.

Just upgraded to an iPhone 8+, when I discovered it supported wireless charging I start looking for chargers. This one didn’t have a lot of reviews but nothing under 4 stars so I took a chance, nice looking and it was an upright stand. Working well right out of the box. Enjoying the fact I don’t have to remember my phone is plugged in when yanking it off my nightstand in the morning! I’m thinking of getting another one for my desk. Very happy with this purchase.

The first charger I received I had a problem with the USB receptacle and the company reached out to me to offer a replacement for no charge. The replacement charger was perfect and so high marks for both the device and customer service.

I am using Samsung galaxy note 8 and was little bit skeptical about the fast charging as described in the description. I have been using this product for almost 2 weeks now and I can say I am really impressed by the charger which works well with iPhone X as well. I have using the stand for video calls and watching videos while charging which is really convenient over the old school chargers. No adapter required just keep your phone over the stand to charge. Overall, this charger has been working well with me and am pretty satisfied with the performance of the charger.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 in a fairly thick case, and it has a headset jack protector inserted, which makes my phone sit in this charging stand a bit off kilter. Nevertheless, it still fast-charges my phone with no fuss!Please note that for true fast charging to work, you will need a power source that is QuickCharge capable.I highly recommend this item for having the ability to charge your phone rapidly whole sitting upright.
