Physix Gear Sport Full Length Orthotic Inserts with Arch Support - Best Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis, Running, Flat Feet, Heel Spurs & Foot Pain - Men & Women

Sorry for the delay in responding but I wanted to compare Physix with Spenco Polysorb Heavy Duty inserts. I have worn orthotics for over 30 years all of which were prescribed by a podiatrist. All but one that is. My last pair was made by a specialty shoe store and let's just say they were less than successful.Now that you understand my experience with inserts I hope you appreciated how impressed I am with the Physix Gear Sport. My feet don't hurt and I am able to walk at the end of the day. My day entails walking at least five miles on concrete.So, short answer to you question, "Have I helped you?". Not just yes but hell yes!

I have flat feet, and these help align my feet/ankles/legs like they should be. After you are used to the arch positioning your foot like it should be, it is so comfortable and helps with my foot and knee pain. They aren't extra cushiony. They feel like a normal shoe's insert with an arch, which is exactly what I wanted. They feel like high quality and I expect them to last a long time. I am probably going to buy more so I don't have to switch them between my different pairs of shoes. If it's your first time wearing inserts with an arch, you HAVE to build up how much you wear them. Wear them in your shoes while sitting/walking around the house for a few hours. Increase the amount you wear them each day and build up to doing longer stints of walking in them. Otherwise they are going to not feel comfortable and make the pain worse. You are altering how your body uses certain muscles in your foot based on how your arch is, so you can't expect to wear them all day for a full day of walking and be pain-free.

As everybody's perception of an orthotic may be different depending on the particular problem they have with their feet, I advise getting a pair and trying them before getting multiple pairs. For me, they are excellent. I have rheumatoid disease and significant arthritis in my mid foot and arch. Despite this, I am still very active. I don't have plantar fasciitis but have had it before and am familiar with the heel cups used to treat it. These orthotics are not very padded which I think is good because they don't change the way your shoe fits, but the arch support and heel stabilization are the best I have ever had. In general, I have found excessively padded orthotics not adequately supportive. It took a day to get used to how the orthotic changed the way my foot rests in the shoe and it is obvious that the arch compensation is carefully engineered to take the excess weight off of the ball of your foot. I have never experienced this before. I ordered another 4 pairs. Your experience may be different, but these are the best orthotics I have ever worn.

Bought a pair of these to try, and have since bought two more pairs. For me, the work as well as inserts costing 2x/3x as much. I walk 6-10 miles a day which aggravates my planters fasciitis without inserts. Particularly like that these are thin enough to fit in my hunting boots. It your looking for a lot of cushion these are probably not for you. If you need support they are great. Only regret is I missed out on a flash sale for my last order!

I am so thrilled with these insoles, I bought 2 of them and I am very happy I did! I went undiagnosed with flat feet for a long time and this is pretty much the only insole that has been effective for knee, ankle, and foot pain that also doesn't make my feet ache. The fit is perfect. Thank you for an amazing product and for making it affordable!

OK, I got these as I'm walking a lot more now, and I've waited a few weeks to see how they do. They have really good support, I can walk much longer distance and my feet don't hurt like they used to. I can tell you they absorb better than anything I tried before, and they have really good arch support, which may take a little getting used to at first if you didn't have any before. My opinion is they are an awesome product for the price, I bought 3 pairs of these. If you are looking for something to do what this insert does, buy them, try them, they work really well. At least, they did for me. Definitely a 5-star product imo. (I wear 11M shoes and the large fit with no problems or alteration)

I slipped these orthotic inserts into a pair of Merrell shoes that I was about ready to throw away. They do not make that model any longer, so I couldn't buy a replacement pair of shoes. These inserts made the shoes feel like new. In a few days of wearing the shoes with the new inserts, the morning plantar fasciitis pain I was experiencing went away and hasn't come back.

I've been wearing these insoles for a few days now and my plantar's fasciitis has been significantly relieved! I have low arch issues as well, and these inserts are designed to help with that as well. I bought two pairs - the bonus is that the price is not outrageous - so it is affordable to buy them for all of your shoes!

So rather than needing extra support I actually ordered these as a replacement for the insoles which came in my new Brooks running shoes, which were rubbing and giving me dreadful blisters along my instep.I’m happy to report that these are much better, very comfortable and have thankfully made my new running shoes useable. I also find they hold my feet in place better within the shoes as I run, which makes the process more efficient and comfortable overall.I will say that they are quite firm, so if you value the squishy type of insole you generally get with trainers then these might not be for you. Personally I am happy with the extra firmness, but it is something to consider if you are thinking of buying.Hope this was helpful, good luck!

Las plantillas son super duras por lo que dan buen soporte al arco pero no son tan incómodas, después de un día completo de traerlas puestasse sienten cansados los pies pero sin dolor por la fascitis, a mi me han funcionado bastante bien, tal vez al inicio recomendaría no traerlas todo el día si el dolor es considerable.

I have Plantar faciitis in my left foot. It started in November when I walked a long way in wellington boots. It's agony in the morning and I can't actually stand at all first thing. I go around holding onto doors and furniture. As a self employed dog business owner I have to be able to walk. I put these inserts into my boots, they needed no adjustment at all for my size 6 walking boots. There's been an amazing difference today, I was walking funny to avoid the painful spot and these have allowed me to walk properly. I've done over 8000 steps today and the pain has been greatly reduced and almost gone. Thank you for a product that works.

I have waited a few weeks before I wrote my review so i could give a proper review of the insoles after wearing them. Well they are amazing. I go running an find them really comfortable. I was a bit surprised as they are hard insoles and have a definite arch but trust me they are the best I have tried. You won't be disappointed

During lockdown I started doing tons of runs of all shapes and sizes on my treadmill, a mixture of speed/power and endurance. Id always been into running however I really stepped it up whilst working from home as I didn’t want my health to go down the potI hit a new personal best doing 5k and suddenly got a really powerful pain in my foot, id gotten these before however this one caused me to almost fall off my treadmill and I was limping for a few days afterwards. Couldn’t bend my toes and thought it was a stress fracture at first!!I got these on recommendation from a few of the army lads at work and honestly I regret not using them before I did my foot in.Really great arch support and completely eliminated the pain, wore them a few days round the house at first for support and safe to say they’re brilliant and a must-have.Had sports insoles before that usually are there just to improve comfort. Whereas these ones had the best support I’d ever came across, perfect for my high arch feet and for dealing with the foot problems from being activeMy only niggle with these is they make your running shoes feel tight and somewhat less comfortable (high bridge/arch). A worthy trade off for staving off a runners worst nightmare though!!
