Lock can’t be opened!

It’s so pretty but the shell case is on the thin side! But I kept it since most of the reviews were not bad. I used it once in late October and made it back home fine. Now I just got back from a 3days trip and one of the locks won’t open! I need the seller contact me right away to tell me what to do please! Destroy it? How am I going to get my things out?
