Two 3500mAh 18650 Protected Orbtronic (Panasonic Inside) Li-ion Rechargeable 3.7V Batteries & Fast 2 Amp Battery Charger Charging KIT Updated

Looking back, I don't know how I ended up with 20 of the 18650's from Orbtronic but none of them have let me down except one. Its outer casing ripped as I tried to put it in a flat top torch. Orbtronic sent me around 10 new 18650 wraps for nothing. Their batteries are great and I got this charger through them also - the XTAR SV2. This is a great charger, I have a lot of batteries and so power charge 16 or so at a time. They like to cry about some of the batteries being bad. I put them in the XTAR SV2 and it pimp slaps them back to life every time. The pic shows 18650 but you can put a XX A or XXX A, and D and I assume C as well rechargeables. 4-charge settings as well.As more and more cheap, dangerous 18650's and chargers hit the market - don't forget Orbtronic and what they choose to resell is top quality. Support the companies that still care about quality. Youtube 18650 battery fires and you will see why some charge them in flower pots or battery bags. Don't risk your house. When a 18650 goes, it just might take your house with it. Stick with the people that might not be the cheapest, but are not cutting corners. 18650's dont play - if you dont know what they can do when they go south, dont buy them - dont cut corners with something that can burn your house down. Stick with Orbtronic and trust their research on the chargers they offer too. Good company - good people, good products. I guess having 20, 18650's from them (non discounted) almost speaks for itself.

GREAT SO FAR... I RECEIVED THIS CHARGER IN DECEMBER OF 2016... I HAVE USED THE CHARGER ABOUT 6 TIMES... NOW TODAY, 5-17-2018, I TRIED TO USE IT AGAIN, AND THE SPRING ON THE RIGHT SIDE BROKE... SO THERE IS NOTHING TO HOLD ANY BATTERY TIGHT IN THE RIGHT SIDE... THE LEFT SIDE STILL WORKS... Great charger and high quality batteries. beware of fakes - lots on the market - these are the real deal.Used charger for other batteries I had - can easily adjust charge rate for different sizes and capacities (very important for longevity)Charger Display is a plus, showing % charged - easy way to check and top off extra batteries in storage

The charger has different settings to recharge your batteries slow, medium or fast and the charger will charge one battery at a time which is a good feature because most chargers will only charge 2 batteries in order to even work. The charger also came with a car lighter adapter so you can charge them in your car.These batteries worked great right out of the box in my H600 Zebralight, but there are a few things you should know about all lithium batteries.A lithium battery shelf life 'if not even used' is approx 3 years, so don't think you can have them ready for many years down the road, 'use them or lose them'. So don't buy more batteries then you will actually use in that three year period, then when it's time to buy new batteries make sure you get freshly made brand new ones.Also, these can only be charged for approx 300 to 500 times and to get the most charges out of them, only charge them on the lowest charge setting, because trying to charge them faster will make them not get as many charges.

I have been really satisfied with the performance of these cells. They are the right length so as not to require shims or magnets in flashlights set up for protected 18650s.Combined with a high end XML-U2 drop in, and a serviceable spiderfire 18650 host, they have been used for an inspection flashlight at work, and perform every day.They take longer to charge than my 2200mah generics and last much longer, so the performance is there.My light draws 1.6A at the tailcap, and with one of these cells has very good runtime, and seems to not be under a lot of stress.It's a good upgrade over the stock R5 drop in and tired 2200mah sanyo cells.Panasonic makes good cells.

Used these in a couple flashlights for a multi-night hunting trip. Output was great and never ran out of juuice. The electronic protection is a nice feature; these high lumen LED lights are not cheap and I'd hate to fry something because of a battery failure. I keep these in my emergency lights and every so often I put them on the charger to make sure they're topped off, much simpler than changing out batteries.

The charger feels a little cheap but seems to work fine. Orbtronic originally hosed up and just sent me one battery (no second battery and charger) and I contacted them and they said "whoops" and sent the other stuff right away. Everything is good.

When it comes to Li-ion batteries, there is too much you can get wrong. Cells without protection circuits, chargers that supply too much current, any of which can lead to exploding cells and/or a fire.This dual channel charger will charge two cells independently and then shut off once maximum capacity is reached. Haven't done any scientific tests of the cells, but subjectively they seems to have excellent run time. I really am not using them in a very taxing setup though.All in all, I am extremely satisfied
