No good for spinning - Infuriating reel!!
Not suitable for spinning or braid.Build, quality and line lay are all excellent. But the rotor or handle are not balanced! If you give it a good hard cast (as you do when trying to fish at range with light 27g lures and a fast action rod). The bale arm keeps slamming shut mid-cast, resulting in crack offs and lost lures. I lost 5 X £20 lures over 2days due to the bale arm shutting mid-cast and snapping me off. Also the bale arm roller does nothing to reduce line twist which is also a nightmare with twisted braid wind-knotting every 10-20 casts.

Lovey reel, but no spare spool for me!
For the price it's a nice reel, however I didn't receive a spare spool like the other reviews and 'answered question' suggests. This wasn't a big enough problem for me to return it (which is the only option) but I can't deny I am disappointed!Thanks,
