I can definitely feel a big difference with these four paste vitamin E capsules versus the synthetic vitamin E that I used to take. Are used to take three times the dosage of these in synthetic form from a different brand or rather should I say other brands and honestly I just didn't see a difference with these, however, I am mediately noticed my skin texture change with then or shall I say between a 24 and 48 hour period. These are definitely the way to go. And yes they are pretty costly but I look at it as an investment in my health , and once I am able to patch up, my gut can start seeing that. I don't have a leaky gut anymore. Then I know I can start reducing on the vitamin D supplementation. If you are in need of increasing your vitamin E levels, then definitely buy these. You will notice a difference.
