The ability to read temps almost instantly, the sensor that auto rotates the display numbers when it is held at an odd angle. The sensor that lights up the display in low light. It feels solid and well built thoughtout, nothing flimsy or slippery. They did their homework and it shows. Made it simple and reliable with no nonsense.

And I’m thinking I should have bought a brighter color as the gray kind of blends in with my countertop, making it not as easy to locate in a hectic kitchen.

Love the quality, and the readability, always temps quick which is extremely useful. Perfect size for my pocket, very nice sleek appearance, and can be magnetized to something if needed.

This is a high quality device that will last a looooong time. We use this very frequently because it reads so quickly. It has a quality feel with high quality plastic, looks great, and folds nicely. WORTH THE MONEY, over all the cheap ones I've bought over the years.

This thermometer is easy to use and gives accurate temperatures that are easy to read. I wish it had a magnetic back so I could put it on my refrigerator instead of in a drawer. It seems very durable and should last a long time. It is a bit pricey.

LOVE my Thermapen ONE. Accurate, fast, and wicked expensive but I recommend it. Wish it was easier to switch between C and F but it’s the best thermometer I’ve ever owned. I used to buy cheap thermometers that would stop working after a few months. Would buy again and highly recommend.

Its a dream, it powers up when you pick it up, it measures temp instantly, it rotates the screen when it is supposed to, it won’t cause your arm hair to singe while standing there and waiting 20 seconds for a reading, highly recommend,.
