ThermoWorks Thermapen ONE, No. 1 Recommended Instant-Read Thermometer - Nautical Blue

This is a very functional, easy to use, accurate, food thermometer with a very fast readout, which arrived very quickly. I do not have any issues with it, and highly recommend it. I own several, and have given several others as Father’s Day gifts etc.

This thermometer is extremely fast. The temperature appears almost immediately, easily quicker than any other model I’ve used. The cost is higher than average, but the performance makes it worthwhile. Accuracy is excellent, and the feature set is well executed. The unit turns on and off automatically when the probe is opened or closed. The screen is large, backlit, and easy to read. It also rotates automatically so the display is always oriented correctly. Build quality is very solid, and the thermometer is rated IP67 for water resistance. Overall, this feels like a top-tier kitchen thermometer. It’s expensive, but it delivers exactly what it promises.

I have used a Thermapen for years. Though the original is still working, improvements made to this new model made it worthwhile to spend the considerable money for another. 1. The little plastic tabs securing the battery compartment on the older model broke after years of use, and now require a rubber band to keep shut. The cover for the battery compartment on the new model closes with a screw. Huge improvement! 2. Reads even faster. Especially nice when using in oven or BBQ 3. Wakes up when lifted, no need to close and open back up. Simply, a great kitchen tool.

The Thermopen One is amazing. So well designed, so accurate, so easy to use and so user-friendly. All of those apply to this product. Could not be more satisfied and amazing customer service by the ThermoWorks folks. All around a wonderful experience. Very highly recommend.

I know this is on the expensive side but it is worth absolutely every penny! I dealt with so many other thermometers that the light would go off. It would take forever to register the temp. This has been such a pleasure to use!!! I use it outside in the barbecue and even with the light outside it is so easy to read, I also use it for sourdough bread making and within a couple seconds that tells me what the temp is. A must have in the kitchen!!!

Does exactly what it’s designed to do. Fast, accurate temperature reading. Great tool!

I wondered why anyone would pay so much when there are less expensive digital thermometers available. After using this I can tell you: (1) is displays temperatures instantly; (2) it is accurate - I've tested this with boiling water and ice; (3) it is sturdy; (4) it is thoughtfully constructed - the probe folds securly and it well protected so it slides in a pocket easily.

Very expensive, but you get what you pay for. Deadly accurate and instant read out.

Its a dream, it powers up when you pick it up, it measures temp instantly, it rotates the screen when it is supposed to, it won’t cause your arm hair to singe while standing there and waiting 20 seconds for a reading, highly recommend,.

LOVE my Thermapen ONE. Accurate, fast, and wicked expensive but I recommend it. Wish it was easier to switch between C and F but it’s the best thermometer I’ve ever owned. I used to buy cheap thermometers that would stop working after a few months. Would buy again and highly recommend.
