Good idea, poorly executed
I'm in two minds about returning this. It's barely comfortable as is, being quite heavy and rigid. It feels like reasonable quality, but the reality sets in quickly. The massage function is good, as is the heat function, but the compressor function cannot be switched off to keep heat only. This means you have to have at least one of the motorised functions operational to heat your eyes. Not great. The device also does not completely cover your eyes, so not a complete solution. The noise the motors make couple to make the device scarcely relaxing to use. The Bluetooth speakers are an awful, tinny things and don't cover up the motor noise.I can imagine if suffering from a headache this device being pretty helpful. But for what I hoped to use it for, no. Quite disappointing.
