Aulumu A16 Aramid Fiber iPhone 16 Pro Max Case | 1500D Ultra Slim Woven | Real Cooling | Compatible with MagSafe

It's as close to perfect as I think I'll ever find. I don't really want a phone case at all. I just want to have more grip than the bare aluminum. I've tried DBrand skins and they don't help much at all unfortunately. Extremely tedious to install the full wrap and to get it perfect and even then it doesn't really solve the issue of grip. Every case I have tried is too bulky or if it's not then it's too flimsy / cheap, and the edges near the screen sides are too sharp. Or the cutouts around the buttons are awful. Some cases are TOO grippy and they stick to your pocket. This one is the one that solves all of those issues. Surprisingly, the back edges come out just enough to the sides to give enough grip in your hand to not need extra grip stickers along the sides. And it leaves the buttons accessible enough that it doesn't get in the way of them at all. The appearance with the woven black carbon material is slightly rubberized and it not only looks beautiful, it grips just the right amount. It sits flat on a desk without wobbling. It has the corners just barely coming out farther than the screen so the screen doesn't rest on a desk if it's face down. I don't expect it will offer a ton of protection from a drop but the whole purpose for me is that I don't want to (or plan to) drop it. And this case does the best possible job to help prevent me from dropping it, but without ruining the original design and feel of the phone. And lastly, the magsafe actually works, which is impressive for a case this thin. It has at least as much magnetic strength as the Apple cases. It really is the absolute best case I've found, after many years of searching.

I absolutely love this case. I’ve tried a lot of iPhone cases over the years, and the Aulumu A17 is easily one of my favorites. The 1500D aramid fiber gives it a premium look and feel while keeping it incredibly thin and lightweight. It adds protection without making the phone feel bulky, which was exactly what I was looking for. The craftsmanship is excellent, and everything lines up perfectly. One of the coolest features is the temperature monitoring system. The color-changing indicator is a unique touch and gives you a quick visual reference when the phone is working hard. Whether it’s a gimmick or not, I genuinely enjoy having it. The MagSafe performance has also been flawless. It works perfectly with all of my existing MagSafe accessories, chargers, mounts, and battery packs. The magnets feel strong and secure with no issues at all. The exposed button design keeps everything easy to access, the grip feels great in hand, and the camera protection is well thought out without being oversized. If you’re looking for a clean, minimalist, premium case that keeps the sleek feel of the iPhone 17 Pro Max while adding useful features, I highly recommend the Aulumu A17. Worth every penny. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best case I've tried for my iPhone Air. The material is thin and light but durable, protects it enough from small drops, and has a really strong magnet for the Magsafe attachment. Side button accessibility is also sufficient. I also really like the way it looks without it being overly "techy" looking. Aulumu makes some quality products.

It's okay. I like the style a lot. Used it for about a month. However I just don't like the way it feels, and that's important to me. The magsafe is amazing and strong so that's great. I dropped it at one point onto concrete from around 4 ft up and my phone didn't dent which is impressive for a case of this thinness. I feel so judgmental giving it four stars but I rlly do not like the feeling of this one. Also the metal that covers the camera does get scratched up after a while and turns it kinda silver. It's grippy enough, and overall solid.

This case fits like a glove on my iPhone 16 Pro. The aramid fiber design feels premium, lightweight, and doesn’t add bulk while still giving solid protection. The cutouts are precise, the buttons feel responsive, and the slim profile makes it super comfortable to hold. I’ve already had a small drop, and the case did exactly what it’s supposed to. My phone was completely protected. On top of that, it has a sleek, minimal look that pairs perfectly with the phone’s design. I also picked up the AirPods Pro 2 case from Aulumu, and it’s just as awesome. A great fit, great protection, and stylish. Definitely one of the best accessory brands I’ve used, and I highly recommend both cases if you want protection without bulk.

I don’t even write reviews for anything ever but I feel like I need to for this. The part that protects the camera plateau is made of aluminum, and the phone case grips onto the phone very tightly which makes it very hard for it to come off, both of these sound like good features at first until I tried to remove the phone case to install a screen protector and I ended up scratching my phone’s back glass from the edge of the camera plateau cover. The phone case also broke in half from me trying to remove it. I was very disappointed by this especially due to how pricy this phone case was, so it’s safe to say I will be returning this phone case and never purchasing anything from this brand again, but I won’t do that before warning everyone else first.

Update: Brand new iPhone 17 pro max fell off a relatively low night stand and the screen protector, took 100% of the fall impact as I suspected it would, cracking the glass from the edge where even another 1-2mm of case protection would have prevented it. I’ve owned iPhones for decades and this is the first time I’ve had to replace the screen protector. I can’t justify or recommend a “half” case at this luxury price. I re-emphasize that Aulumu needs to design an Aramid case with screen protection. The vegan leather dimensions would be perfect. Reduced rating to 2/5, same as the protection it provides without a redesign. The Aramid Fiber is visible inside in out, with texture and rigidity you would expect. The case fit could not be more snug, and has an excellent built-in magnet. If these are your main requirements, as was my “case”, this is my top option and what I moved forward with. The only con in my book is that it is so minimalist, it requires a screen protector. There is ample bump protection for the cameras, yet virtually none for the screen. The benefit, if you can call it that, is with a screen protector added, the IOS swiping is smooth and unimpeded, which I cannot say about past cases. I will have to see how the added screen protector fairs over time and I anticipate I will need a spare over the life of the phone. If there was a version of this case with the dimensions of the vegan leather case, with the additional side and screen bump protection, it would be perfect. Aulumu please take note 😃

I typically can't stand a case on my iPhone. As much as I like this case, I'd still prefer not to use a case. Nonetheless, this case/cover is beautiful. It's slim enough to not trigger my annoyance of added bulk, and it adds some grip. I bought it because it looked minimalist enough and it would cover the ugly orange color that my company forced us to have. At least now with the nice looking black case and camera protection, the orange is more of an accent. The magsafe magnet attached to my OhSnap grip with good magnetic force. I'll go with this case and brand the next time Apple comes out with a horribly slippery phone without hesitation. It was easy to install and the little rubber pad for the camera area with wasn't hard to install. Great job Aulumu!

I received a FAKE CASE Not the case that is shown in the Photos on here. Do Not Buy it is Fake. Then you have to do a UPS international return to get a refund.

Excellent product does exactly what the description states. The case creates a very small profile around the phone which is great and add very little weight. Note: once fitted it is hard to remove, but it is possible. This is fine as cases are not designed to be taken on and off all the time.
