Loved the keyboard....while it worked. Suddenly, the keys began sticking then the backspace key just stopped working entirely.

Dear Keychron 2020: 4-weeks ago my RETURN key stopped working-- it only works intermittently. Otherwise, this keyboard is flawless. I contacted the manufacturer KEYCHRON and engaged in a USELESS series of email exchanges over 3-4 weeks which angered me. But I am hoping Keychron 2020 will contact me so I can send them my video which I can't do here because it is on my phone. I would like a new white B1 Pro sent to me and I'd be happy to return this one. Thank you.

I bring this when traveling for typing emails and messages on smart phone or tablet. Keyboard is fine for that purpose.

I'll say this was packaged super nicely and I really felt like I was getting something quality but that's kinda where it ended. Everything outside of the packaging feels kinda cheap. The design is nice, but the keys look cheap, feel cheap, the adapter looks cheap. The pictures make the keys look like the concave mx keys but they aren't. It's like they took a $5 keyboard and slapped some makeup on it. I really wanted to like it, and the price is good, but i'll just grab a renewed mx keys for closed to the same price and be much happier.Otherwise it works fine, has good feature set (wired, BT, or 2.4ghz) and has software for it. Just wish the hardware was a bit better, they would charge a little more and be competitive. I also love the retro colorset.

Great keyboard for the $. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the lack of backlight. It is exactly what I paid for and may have even exceeded expectations.
