How do payments work?

We offer tokenized payments and are partnered with VISA, MasterCard and Fidesmo, and our platform supports a variety of banks. To set up your ring, connect a card from any of our partner banks. For the full list, check the CNICK website.

Which cards are compatible with CNICK ring in the UK?

All UK Visa and Mastercard cards are compatible with the ring. Curve, Revolut (Visa), and Klarna cards can be linked directly to the ring, while other UK cards can be connected through Curve.

What if my card isn’t on the supported list? How can I use Curve?

Curve is available in the UK and EU, and you can link any Visa or Mastercard to your Curve account. Once your Curve card is connected to your ring, any card linked to Curve will also be linked to your ring and ready to use for payments.

How secure is the ring?

If you lose your ring, you can deactivate it through the mobile app. For larger payments, you may be asked to enter a PIN. The PIN is the same as the PIN for the card connected to your ring. Only Visa and Mastercard have access to your information.

How does the Tesla key feature work?

With one ring, you can unlock and drive your Tesla and make payments. Compatible with Model S and Model X vehicles produced in 2021 or later, as well as all Cybertruck, Model 3, and Model Y vehicles.
