EE Unlocked 5G WiFi 2 EE62D Wireless Router White (Renewed)

I do a lot of travel so working on the go (especially on trains) can be a bit of a nightmare. This nice little router takes 5G SIM cards and delivers a decent speed and signal strength when you need it. The battery life is decent too - I get a good couple of hours out of it before I need to charge it again. In terms of size it’s roughly the size of a small book so very easy to stow in a small bag. I bought this second hand and whilst it is a little pricier than some of the others out there (I’ve used a few and none of them have beaten this). So excellent value for money - especially if you’re planning on doing a lot of travel and need a decent mobile router.

Bought this a few weeks ago and its been used almost daily, Easy to setup, and use. Obviously your experience will depend on which carrier you go with and how good their network is. I have an unlimited data sim with EE in an area with amazing speeds & signal. I use this as my daily router whilst at work. I easily connect 4-5 devices to it and have no problems whatsoever, I typically get 150-200 mbs which is ample for most things. The device itself is small with decent built quality, the battery cover could be a bit sturdier and although I use it plugged in constantly I have removed the battery so not to continuously charge and drain it to perceive its life. The unit would benefit from some sort of battery percentage indicator as it really doesn’t have any screens only led lights that show if you have a signal and devices connected but no detail of that information. Price is middle of the road as you can buy similar for cheaper but non branded. I would recommend and I would use again.

Works great with 1p mobile SIM,was supplied without any documentation or manual, battery life is around 12 hours,data download is around 80 Mbps to 268 Mbps ,uploads between 15 Mbps to 35 Mbps, Really Happy with it,signal level was only 2 bars ,but very stable,there is a 48 page manual available online to download

In the evening, I wrote about the problem, and the next day the courier came to pick it up. And the money was in my account. It's sad that you couldn't exchange for another. You have to order another one, and it's already £10 more expensive. The 5G performance was not good, switching it off significantly improved performance. I do live in an old house and on the edge of 5G area. I struggle to access msg site via the phone. An app to manage it would be nice.

I bought the EE Unlocked 5G WiFi 2 (EE62D) mainly for travel and backup internet—and I’m honestly blown away. Setup was effortless: pop in the SIM, power it on, and you’re up and running in seconds. No faffing about with settings or complicated menus. The 5G speeds are excellent—streaming, gaming, and working remotely have all been seamless. It handles multiple devices without a hiccup, and I haven’t experienced any lag or drop-outs even during peak hours. What really impressed me is the battery life. It easily lasts all day with regular use, which makes it perfect for staying connected on the go. Compact, lightweight, and dependable—this little router is a gem. Highly recommended if you want fuss-free portable internet that actually delivers on performance.

Speed wise and functionality is ok. How ever if more than 20 devices are connected to it. The device has problems prioritising network traffic. Especially if the device was the last one to connect to the network that often is left without a data link. My unit turned up covered in black dusty finger prints. The battery has some scratches on the vinyl label. And my biggest bug bear is the rear case. The whole power part of the base case doesn’t latch onto the unit. There for the unit squeaks and creaks when being Moved around and the base is flappy. Got forbid I change SIM cards more than 3 times. I don’t think it’ll hold much longer.

I just have for few days but it works perfect

Router arrived But no instructions whatsoever. Completely useless without instructions.
