Solimo 5-Blade Razor for Men with Precision Beard Trimmer, Handle & 2 Refills (Refills fit Solimo Razor Handles only)

Nice handle, that’s about it. Skips over contours in your face leaving unwanted stubble. Worst is the trimmer blade on back which rips hair out with pain. I’m back to Gillette with good reason. Sorry Amazon you need to go back to the drawing board on this one.

As compared to the Gillette Pro Fusion this is super rigid and the trimmer is terrible. I would not buy again.

Saw this as a cheapo and figured I'd give it a try. I currently use dollar shave club razors and they last about 2-3 shaves for me (I shave my head and neck so i go through blades quick).I was beyond surprised when I tried these. They are extremely sharp and do very well with thicker growth. I'm not a huge fan of the handle, it's kinda skinny, but that is pure personal preference.One thing I really like is that they clean off very easily either under running water, or in a sink full. Some blades it seems impossible to get clean from each draw when shaving.The thing I like the most...each blade lasted me about 8 shaves, which is beyond amazing for me. If you're only shaving face and neck, it will prob last at least a month.Overall great product, great value, highly recommend!

So I decided to try out the Solimo razor, as my Dollar Shave Club razors were barely making it three days. When I first started using Dollar Shaver Club razors, they would make it 5-7 days. I cancelled my membership and tried Solimo razors and now I see how much closer of a cut I get. As a person who is a face and head shaver, I need a close cut and these razors do it!

2 things have dissuaded me against these 5 blade razors. They are difficult to change blades on the first or second try. What the handle attaches to on the blade looks easy enough but the handle doesn't attach as simply as you would think. The last thing I want to do is try to figure out how to accomplish this without getting frustrated. I tried these blades and am using Dollar Shave club blades as my comparison. Dollar Shave Club has a closer shave and much easier time changing blades. The new pricing of Dollar Shave Club puts the Solimo razors on an equal footing cost wise.

Though the price would be compelling to some, if your using Gillette keep with them. Was excited to try a razor for this price that was under 10 with 2 blades. Hard to put razor to cartridge, not very user friendly. Shave felt like stiff 2x4 across face, not really bending in the areas like Gillette does.Made v 2.0 will be better

This 5-Blade razor did not give me a close shave. It’s rather a bit inconsistent and tends to tug causing irritation. It also clogs easily and requires more run throughs to get a close shave it can possibly give you.

This is the worst 5 blade razor I have ever tried. I will stick with my single blade safety razor. You are better off with Harry’s brand if you want to use a cartridge type razor.
