This powdered drink mix claims to help with post-celebration recovery by replenishing electrolytes and providing some liver support. I tried it after a night out and found it tasted decent, like a slightly tart tropical punch. It definitely helped me rehydrate, but I'm not sure if it truly alleviated any hangover symptoms beyond the usual thirst.

Pro-tip, drink a stick before you start and another when you end and you will wake up feeling golden. The taste is not the best when compared to other hydration sticks however, this is packed with way more vitamins and minerals which can cause a little bit of a bitter taste. Perfect for a ski/snowboard trip where you want to party in the evening and shred early in the morning!

Taste is fine, although I was severely hungover so it was tough to finish a whole pouch mixed in a 16oz bottle of water. Not overly sweet and the flavor is fruity. There is a lot of powder in each pouch, but it fits and dissolves easily in a standard water bottle. I'll try again on lesser hangovers, but seems to be much like most hydration pouches, although these seem to dissolve a bit better.

These anti-buzz drink multivitamin drink packets are cool. They seem decent quality and dissolve easily in water. The taste isn't bad and doesn't leave an aftertaste. It's definitely helpful but not an instant or quick fix for a hangover.

These are really solid overall since they've got a really good taste and solid amount of nutrients within emGranted, it's also good to have one when drinking if possible too since it helps reduce the negative side effects you experience from drinking alcohol afterwards.Drinking em after ya party hard is solid, but be prepared it's not an instant fix since those sorta things take time to resolve a bit, so move around more if possible after drinking

So, there is really no definite way to tell if these actually work or not. However, I do think they help with hangover side effects just by boosting hydration. The ingredients are good for you, so it definitely doesn't hurt to have one after drinking. I personally have used liquid iv in the past to help with alcohol effects, but I try to drink one before bed and again the next morning. They do seem to make hangovers a little more manageable and less severe. But time and rest along with hydration is key to getting rid of that.
